    We bought two and had to return both. The first one was broken on the inside of the door, which was not evident until installed. The second one would not heat anything, which again was not evident until installed.

    Wanted a matching microwave for a stove we purchased, what a mistake. The magnatron stopped working in 10 days so food wouldn't heat. We took the black tie warranty and a part was ordered with a week delay to get it fixed. They cancelled the part without telling us and pushed the repair out, 3 weeks without a working microwave we had just bought was ridiculous

    I did not like this product. The finger pads dented and always looked damaged after only a few days of use. I replaced this new microwave with a different Samsung. Best Buy was absolutely great about it.

    we specifically found a microwave with a rack that would bake rolls. The one we received had a whirly-gig thingy that would cook fish sticks. store promised to bring correct microwave. still waiting for geeks who were supposed to be here 4 hours ago.

    I bought an open box Supposed To be in “Excellent condition”. Such a disappointment first of all the microwave was filthy. Then some of the buttons didn’t work such as the vents. Samsung did come and replace the door and now it’s working. I bought my refrigerator, washer and dryer from open box and have been completed pleased with my purchases. I was so embarrassed after after it was installed and the man told me to make sure you clean your microwave. I never thought to look at it before it was installed because I have so much confidence in Best Buy products.

    Something constantly went wrong on this product! Being replace for the 3 rd time. Best Buy however has been so far hood at honoring the warranty and working with me

    This microwave is very difficult to use, you have to scroll thru so many menus and sub menus to do basic stuff, I would look for a microwave that has better buttons, for bacon, popcorn, etc, I have had this for 2 months and still do not know how to lower the power setting, I will have to break out the book. I usually love Samsung products but this microwave is a fail as it is hard to do basic stuff that was easier with other microwaves.

    Got the entire kitchen ensemble. Fridge came in damaged, stove needs a new burner valve, microwave just stopped doing anything. The over the stove light is on and that's it. All of this within 2 weeks of the appliances being installed. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!

    Microwave did its job for little over 2 years. We were boiling water on the stove and apparently the steam fried the electronics. After doing some online research this problem is more common than not. Im sorry but feel that a microwave mounted over a stove should be able to handle steam. Repairs will cost about as much as a new microwave.

    Samsung microwave junk

    Samsung makes good phones but their microwaves are junk. It Stopped running when cooking food the keyboard was completely black and the lights would flicker on and off like it was shorting out. Unplugged it because I was worried it would catch on fire when we went to bed. After reading the reviews I found out Samsung’s customer service is not good so I didn’t even bother calling them. Went out and bought an LG instead.
