I have to say, I love this microwave. Until now, I had never had a microwave with conventional convection cooking, and this is magnificent. I installed it myself. I replaced a traditional microwave, and it was very easy to do, as the mounting hole were in the same place, and even the support bracket was standard, so I didn’t have to replace that either. If you are not venting to the outside, you do need to follow the directions to switch the vent fan to its recirculating position. But that only took a couple minutes and a screw driver. It was very easy to do. Once I had it installed, I immediately put it to use making a porkloin. It cooked in half the time of a conventional oven, browned and cooked perfectly. And it was delicious. The programming was easy, and the manual tells you how to do everything step by step. I did read the entire manual before using it the first time. I realized there is no way I could ever memorize all this oven can do, so I found a handy location to keep the manual in the kitchen, for when I make something different. This way the instructions for programming and configuring the accessories will be nearby.

After microwave was installed by Geek Squad found that internal light didn’t work. Contacted customer service and they will replace with new microwave next week. Conv Bake/Roast option takes :15 to per heat 425°. I had cooked chicken with this option for :25. (See chicken pic) Microwave door and glass can burnt out, so caution when opening door. Con’s: Microwave has to stick out 2”, for door to open and vent from door top. I was unable to connect to exhaust vent duct. Since I had to install a 2” spacer behind microwave to push out past cabinet to allow door to open. Microwave needs to stick further to allow unrestricted airflow. Must KEEP User Manual available. Everything is a preset number and need to know number mode to enter, for temp, menu settings and other options.

We love it I have used it every day since we purchased it we can do all kinds of things with it it is a conventional oven I made chocolate chip cookies in it the other day it did very good the only thing is I didn’t put grease on the pan so it stuck a little bit other than that it’s perfect

This high tech piece of machinery works great. You need a manual to know how to heat up a piece of pizza, but could manually put in how long you want it to cook for. The fan does automatically come on when the microwave becomes hot. Trying to make fries was a bust. Overall the microwave has been very good. You definitely have to teach an old dog new tricks with this one.

Bought this on clearance. Amazed at the options this microwave has. You can use it as an oven also. Whoever heard of cooking French fries or pizza in a microwave. Installation was a breeze since I replaced this with a previous Samsung with the exact same mounting bracket and support holes.

In home renovation of our In Law suite where we wanted to eliminate a stove and replace it with a Microwave Convection combo. After all the research, this item checked all the boxes and in reality was better than expected. One person installation over a cooktop and sink was a breeze. The user interface has a learning curve but overall still intuitive.

Great microwave, however we had to fish out installation instructions before installing (see pics below)
