After microwave was installed by Geek Squad found that internal light didn’t work. Contacted customer service and they will replace with new microwave next week. Conv Bake/Roast option takes :15 to per heat 425°. I had cooked chicken with this option for :25. (See chicken pic) Microwave door and glass can burnt out, so caution when opening door. Con’s: Microwave has to stick out 2”, for door to open and vent from door top. I was unable to connect to exhaust vent duct. Since I had to install a 2” spacer behind microwave to push out past cabinet to allow door to open. Microwave needs to stick further to allow unrestricted airflow. Must KEEP User Manual available. Everything is a preset number and need to know number mode to enter, for temp, menu settings and other options.

I have to say, I love this microwave. Until now, I had never had a microwave with conventional convection cooking, and this is magnificent. I installed it myself. I replaced a traditional microwave, and it was very easy to do, as the mounting hole were in the same place, and even the support bracket was standard, so I didn’t have to replace that either. If you are not venting to the outside, you do need to follow the directions to switch the vent fan to its recirculating position. But that only took a couple minutes and a screw driver. It was very easy to do. Once I had it installed, I immediately put it to use making a porkloin. It cooked in half the time of a conventional oven, browned and cooked perfectly. And it was delicious. The programming was easy, and the manual tells you how to do everything step by step. I did read the entire manual before using it the first time. I realized there is no way I could ever memorize all this oven can do, so I found a handy location to keep the manual in the kitchen, for when I make something different. This way the instructions for programming and configuring the accessories will be nearby.

Bought this on clearance. Amazed at the options this microwave has. You can use it as an oven also. Whoever heard of cooking French fries or pizza in a microwave. Installation was a breeze since I replaced this with a previous Samsung with the exact same mounting bracket and support holes.

This microwave has been a dream. The preset auto cook features and smart fry (air fryer) settings have yielded perfect results from reheating pizza to making homemade French fries. The convection oven also makes cookies better than our actual oven. Love the included accessory racks for all the different cooking modes. My only wish is that you can use the air fryer free form without having to use one of the preset cooking modes. Also wish the buttons were conductive like other Samson appliances. You really have to push the buttons hard. Overall nothing bad to say about this appliance though. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

In home renovation of our In Law suite where we wanted to eliminate a stove and replace it with a Microwave Convection combo. After all the research, this item checked all the boxes and in reality was better than expected. One person installation over a cooktop and sink was a breeze. The user interface has a learning curve but overall still intuitive.

Does it all. Microwave, Bake, Broil. Presets offer a nice combo feature. It defrosts your item for 2 min in microwave mode than switches on the heat to bake & the last 3 min it broils. Breaded frozen items like shrimp & fries come out crispy. Mounting was straight forward. Under cabinet mounting holes aligned from existing old ovens except for 1. Wall bracket mounts lower than old ovens. This oven is taller than previous & hangs lower by an inch. Lined up with existing exhaust duct work to outside perfectly. Ordered online & picked up at local store. In & out of store 5 min.

Easy install. Looks great, matches other appliances well. First convection microwave I have owned. It comes With many different parts to enable many different types of cooking. I have tried several of the cooking methods including microwaving, browning, convection cooking, etc. It works as you would expect in each case. Just be sure to read the manual to get the explanation of how each method works. As long as you use the correct devices that are supplied with the unit, all of the functions work well.

This high tech piece of machinery works great. You need a manual to know how to heat up a piece of pizza, but could manually put in how long you want it to cook for. The fan does automatically come on when the microwave becomes hot. Trying to make fries was a bust. Overall the microwave has been very good. You definitely have to teach an old dog new tricks with this one.

We love it I have used it every day since we purchased it we can do all kinds of things with it it is a conventional oven I made chocolate chip cookies in it the other day it did very good the only thing is I didn’t put grease on the pan so it stuck a little bit other than that it’s perfect

Bought this microwave in April of 2017. The key panel now has error code C-DO and the complete door and panel needs to be replaced. It's just out of warranty. Bought refrigerator at same time and the ice maker quit working. Samsung has the worst customer service on the face of the planet. I'm not even going to call about the microwave. Done with samsung for ever!

It's going to take me a while to learn all its features, Only used a few times, works great.....

I have a big family that's constantly cooking on the go. This microwave hits all my requirements, powerful, lots of cooking options and sleek. Great price too!

This one has many more features like browning and steam cleaning. Great two-tiered rack for cooking as well. Highly recommended.
