This is an excellent product which operates in a superior system. The operation requires study of the manual operation manner. THIS REQUIRES A OPERATIONAL SYSTEM which is simple.

The guys came and put it in they did a great job. They worked together good and fast.

Very easy to install and not heavy at all , I had microwave it was very heavy to carry on .

Love the microwave. Installed and working well. We did find out it should have a charcoal filter which we never received. Have order charcoal filter when we realized there was none inside.

This microwave has many problems, the timer is inop when cooking, it can either cook or run a timer, not both at the same time. The push buttons take a great amount of pressure to activate. The number of buttons to push to warm a cup of coffee is ridiculous. You need the user book every time you want to cook something just to see what it is that you are cooking, and, there was NO manual delivered with it, only installation instructions and those were for a different microwave, this caused major problems when locating holes to be drilled, Holes ended up being an inch off from template to actual oven. The glass on the front is so dark you can't see through it to see if something is boiling over or actually cooking. Very unimpressed with this oven, Samsung should be ashamed.

Overall this seems like a good micro. I returned it only because I wanted an all white micro to match my kitchen.

This is an awesome microhood!! Heats things up much quicker than my last microhood. The inside is huge and with the blue oven coating it is really easy to clean. I would recommend this for anyone.

We had a Samsung microwave that died. It was nice that this microwave had the same hanging brackets and screw placement. Mafe is taking it really easy. Like the look and the added power versus our old version

Great microwave and very good heat. It provides very good heat. Good for all types of food but somehow popcorns always tend to burn a little thus I started to stop just 7 seconds before the sensor stops it.

Samsung needs to work on user friendliness of the microwave.. Few basic things are missing - ex: quick heat (30 seconds).. Other

It’s good but not great. Thought it would have warmed food up faster but I was wrong. Over all it is nice and does what I need it to.

Works well but not as fast at heating as our former Samsung microwave.

This microwave and ventilation combo works great. Stainless steel looks good and doesn’t collect fingerprints.

Excellent oven! Replacement oven for another brand, so as long as you have the existing ducking in, it fits great. There are very vague instructions on how to adjust the time. Found out how on the internet.

I love this microwave. It’s very easy to use. It has several preset options and of course you can do your own time. The clock shows both AM and PM time. I highly recommend this product.
