    Needed a microwave to match the other crappy Samsung appliances in our kitchen. You cannot see any of the buttons without bright lights on in the room. The Reheat button cannot be programmed for time, so you have to guess at how long something needs to be reheated because it does not sense the correct reheat time on anything we put in it. The black surfaces are fingerprint magnets, so you have to constantly clean it. I strongly encourage you to buy a different microwave if these things are important in your selection.

      Thank you for your review. We are disheartened that Samsung Home Appliances does not meet your expectations.

      I agree with you that it will be easier to see the buttons of the control panel if it had backlighting.

      When using the reheat button, sensors should be able to detect the moisture being released by your food. When it doesn't, the sensor may need to be checked by an authorized Samsung technician.

    Great little microwave that does all that I need it for. I cannot find how to set the clock. The directions are wrong and tell me to press the clock pad when no such pad exists.

    Nice microwave but the quality of this product isn’t the best. Had to go through 3 of them to get a good one. Door doesn’t fit right or outside corners not shaped right.
