Stay away for Best Buy and Samsung Microwaves

Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cook in February 27th 2021. Just over a month later the microwave overheated and shut down. the microwave finally cooled down and reset the breaker in side the unit. Called Best Buy, and they stated that it was only covered for 15 days. (Did not buy the extended warranty). Samsung will not repair the Microwave while its on the wall. I had it installed, and now Its got to be removed before repairs are made. What's wrong with this picture. Stay away for Best Buy and Samsung products

I installed it in place of an old HotPoint Microwave which was the same size in my small condo. The old 90s HotPoint unit opened 100%. This unit's door only opens about 6 inches / 30% due to the way the door pushes out left when it opens. The door not opening completely is pretty bad.

be 30" wide and free of obstructions.
