I have nothing bad to say about this Chromebook other than the keyboard. It is more than sufficient for emails, but for serious typing I believe one could get used to it. This is more for the grandma like me who mostly stays connected via Facebook or emails, but with frequent use I suppose I become accustomed to the feel of the keyboard in general. You certainly can't go wrong as far as cost though. Excellent buy!

My daughter is over the moon w her Chromebook! She has used it non stop. Great battery life and easy to use!

We use this for light web surfing and it works great. We have used the hdmi out to connect it to a second monitor. It decently plays YouTube videos on the second monitor while surfing.

I love how small it is very easy to connect to the internet easy to carry around with you works excellent.

My middle schooler needed something with google docs. This computer was easy to set up and is a great size.

I found this computer online and immediately purchased one. My wife had an Acer Chromebook for 5 years before our son dropped it and broke the screen. This computer has double the memory of our Acer and was $139. In stores it was $179, so I just couldn't pass it up since we were in the market for one. It is quick for surfing the web and doing online banking. Automatic updates and virus protection all at no extra cost. Great little computer!!!

I use these for my massage therapy business and they work perfect. However, everything we use them for is web-based. If that's what you are using them for they will work perfectly -- they're surprisingly fast. If you're looking for a cheap Windows alternative (and need to use them for Word, Excel, etc.) you will be sorely disappointed with the Chrome OS.

needed a computer for a road trip...since most all of our computers are running chrome browser, I decided to look into chromebooks. after realizing our computers were used for netflix,youtube,reading e mail,facebook,reading news...I realized no memory was being used...so don't be afraid of 16gb of memory. If you are like me and are using your computer for information and entertainment this is perfect! it has 4gb of memory just like my apple macbook air! the screen is rich in color and very bright! this computer has a full sized keyboard! and the 11.6" screen is perfect for viewing,and for traveling! boots up very quickly! no issues with wifi connections/even in hotels! very light! I I was considering the stream by hp,but loved the size of this system...and this has usb ports if you need to add thumb drives for more memory,and or wireless mouse!Besides if I would have purchased the hp stream, I would have add chrome and turned it into a chromebook. so this was a win win purchase for my and my family Just keep a few things in mind..this is basically a unit for entertainment/reading news,mail,social media,googling ....and for watching youtube,netflix,hulu,ect.....this and other lower memory computers can not download minecraft and other games that require graphics memory..just saying in case someone is looking to purchase for a gamer child/or kidult :) this machine cannot process video editing or photoshop...just your basic information power house and entertainment machine that has a perfect price point for my needs,that if anything happened to it I would purchase again!

Picked this up for my daughter to use for her online work for school. Boots fast and great battery life. Video camera isn’t the best for Skype and the screen isn’t the best, but perfect for my needs. I will probably upgrade to a 1080p quad core for myself. I really enjoy the chromeos experience. Minimal and functional. Pretty much all I do is browse the web and this is its target...so nice shootin’ Tex...I mean google.

My kids use chrome books at school this one has been exactly what I thought. It is fairly fast and works well for their needs. The only complaint I have is I bought on new one and one factory refurbished one. The refurbished one has had issues since I bought it. I should of returned it but didn't because I was able to fix the issues myself, up until the screen started going out

Our high schooler uses this for her homework and projects. Very easy to use and great performance.

I recently purchased this product as an addition to our other laptops. My son suggested that we go go with a chrome book since they use them in school. He loves the size and has everything he needs for his school work.
