    This chromebook has a nice high quality feel and appearance to it for the price you pay for it. This chromebook has access to the playstore if you mess around with it. The playstore on chromebook is a hit and miss concept where some apps work right and some don't. There's an hdmi port so you can connect it and display it on your tv which is great.

    Bought this for my youngest son for his birthday. Chromebooks are perfect for kids. Not too complicated like a PC, does browsing better than a tablet. Basically is used to browse the web. Very satisfied. Thanks to the google guy working at Best Buy! Was very nice and informative. Told me about the new Samsung Chromebooks and Google Home. Bit it was beyond my need for my son.

    Purchased this for my 12-year old daughter for Christmas for her to use for her schoolwork. FYI...You have to have a Google account since everything is saved to the Google "cloud". It's been great for writing papers, email and researching online. It's smaller than a regular laptop, which is great and very portable. Also, has the "Hey, Google" voice feature. Fits our needs great!

    Compared to my MacBook air the chrome is suitable for a student. I still haven't been able to get it to print. When I try to get assistance from Best Buy they say they can't help unless I come in with the chrome and printer. Doesn't make sense and I live 2 hours from the closet store. Disappointed with the costumer service for this item...
