Computer is fine, does what I need it to do surf the web and send emails.

It's nice but doesn't have a lot of games and it's for simple people.

But the hardware not so much, it makes it were you are very limited.

The mouse pad started to click hard after a few months.

Initially excited to get this chromebook, it had great reviews. After a few hours, the track pad stopped working. Tried to call customer service to do a power wash and reboot. Unfortunately, that didn't work. The person that worked at Best Buy said they have seen it happen on this brand of chromebook. Had to return, disappointed

It is a fine little computer for a 12 year old girl.

I opted for this because of the price. I didn't like it and decided to go with either hp or dell. It doesn't have a lighted keypad. It is lightweight and I do like Samsung but this wasnt the right product for me even though it is a basic function aystem.

The laptop first had issues when we opened it. The laptop kept restarting, apparently it's an issue if you have your settings for your google account set for advanced then it causes this issues. Everything has been fine since we adjusted that.

Make sure this is what you really want before you buy it, the system is somewhat limited by what is available for the unit. I bought this for my wife for just some basic computing and it just was not right for her.

Was very happy to get Samsung Chrombook. It was a Christmas gift for my grand-daughter in Canada. When she started it it would keep shutting down and not work at all. Her Mom returned it to Best Buy in Canada and they would not exchange it. I now have to pay more money to have it shipped to me here in Florida where I will be returning it. This was not a good buy with all the extra $ and inconvenience.

The performance has been o.k. but the battery hasn't been holding a charge for 2 months and it's not easily replaceable or repairable. I actually lowered the rating from 3 start to 2 stars becuase of this..
