This is very slow and continuously turns on and off this chromebook is nothing like the describtion states very bad buy.

Had to return the first computer we bought due to bad software. 2nd one had the same issue. Returned it and opted for a different brand altogether.

Charged 3 hours, indicator turned green, still won't turn on

Straight up garbage. Wish I never bought it.should've spent 50 more dollars to get a actual computer. Oh well live and learn.

Bought this for my son for school. Stopped working in two days and had to return it to the store. Would not recommend

I wanted something for my 9 year old. This isn't what I had in mind. Full of malware. We hate this device

It's a lot smaller than what we had before. We bought a better one at a cheaper price right before Xmas.

Nothing but trouble since I got it, son rarely uses it due to not working half the time

It began to develop lines on the screen, then breaks less than one month of use.

I've been using this Chromebook for 5 months now as a replacement for my dead netbook and failing Kindle Fire. I got it because I'm able to be on Wifi 90%+ of the time, and it has a real keyboard, and it's light. Some of the bonuses that I've discovered during this time: * I only have to charge it every 3-4 days or so, which means I normally don't have to worry about taking the charger with me unless I'm gone for days at a time. * My USB wireless mini-mouse works fantastic, no problem at all, but the trackpad isn't half bad when I need to use it. * I rarely run into a website that doesn't operate properly. * This machine hasn't slowed down a bit since I bought it. Unlike Windows or Android, which quickly becomes ponderous as you install apps. * I specifically wanted to use Evernote offline, and it works very well. Evernote has weird quirks on all its different platforms, but that's Evernote, not the machine. * The Kindle reader also works really well offline. * I think I've had the machine do something weird only a couple of times since I got it, so I had to reboot and fix it. That's much better than Windows and about on par with my Android phone. The only negatives I have at this point: * I've run across a couple of WiFi situations where it was unable to successfully get through their login systems, and I have no idea why. So I use my phone as a mobile hotspot if I REALLY need access. * I've gotten used to lots of keyboard accelerators on Windows, and not all of them work here. But most of the useful ones are there. * The Microsoft Office apps are bloated and pretty worthless, so this has pushed me more towards using Google Drive for shared files. I'm glad that I did lots of research and tried different machines in the stores. That's what steered me towards the Samsung, and deciding to not invest an extra $50 for a touch screen. Haven't really missed it, as I'm primarily a keyboard and mouse user.

I returned it right away its a waste of money stay away

I bought this amazing Chromebook 4 gb version .It has incredibly sweet design and awesome thing is that keyboard is water resistant and it is super fast . Samsung products always were and will be best . Recommend to everyone...!!!

I bought this laptop almost two years ago, its dream it charges quickly and battery life is good. I light and if works smooth if great for school only one issue is it's not compatible to windows 10 to download or complete a certain task. By otherwise its a dream. Very strong and durable.
