End of Life is June 2021

This information was difficult to come across ahead of physically picking the item up (and then immediately returning). If you do buy this model, know you will be out of security updates in less than 2 years. That known, it would be decent for basic surfing for the time you're protected.

Crashed Chrome

The reason of purchase was just personal use and a few documents. Once I actually started to use it the Chrome crashed continuously. Thinking maybe it was from a poor WiFi connection I tried it at another location and the same thing happened. Scheduled an appointment with GEEK SQUAD and true enough they seen it crash. I was told that the Chrome system was crashed and the only thing that they could suggest was to return the item. 3 weeks and I have nothing!
