Bought this device thinking it was a great price for what it was discounted for and come to find out when trying to use it unbelievable slow for a Chromebook yes the specs are not great but just slow in general. I would suggest you find a different laptop

It’s a waste of my money. This piece of crap is of no use to me. And Best Buy employees are so mean when I went to return it. They r so nice to you when u buy something but not the same when something needs to be returned.

We had great expectations for this little unit but within minutes after starting to use it our hopes dissipated. So back to the store it went. Total usage time- 5 min

Not very content but like the saying says, you get what you pay for! It is not a quality laptop it is very simple and difficult to adjust from a Lenovo I own.

Purchased for playing Minecraft and Fortnight and was never moved. Within the first six months the power port had to be replaced. Then at 21 months it completely stopped working. The repair agent has found that the Motherboard, Keyboard, Power Board will need to be replaced. The cost estimate was $323.45 plus the $85 diagnostic fee. Worst laptop ever.

The screen is so blurry the resolution is horrible.

Biggest draw back is micro usb charger. That is a huge negative

purchased chrome book door buster and it went black in less than two hours of purchase. I returned and was unable to get replacement. very dissatisfied how Best Buy handled return. It was not a door buster, it was a entire let down for person who got the gift.

Save yourself the money and trouble and buy yourself a labtop. Any real tech person will tell you a chromebook is too limited to do any really work, document or online usage. It will cause you unnecessary issues and waste money in the long run. It simply isn't worth the small savings to begin with.

For the advertised early Black Friday price, I decided to pick up this Chromebook for personal use. With all my digital gadgets gracefully aging — Ie 2012 MacMini and several year old iPad, I'm still procrastinating on my next generation PC or Mac purchase. I didn’t want to fork out $1200.+ for a MacBook or $500.+ for a decent Windows laptop just yet... I needed something to tide me over that I can do my day-to-day functions upon at a much faster rate than my current digital dinosaurs. I needed something mobile with keyboard to pay bills with, web browsing, email, and conduct light document processing. This chrome book is unexpectedly fast and I found apps that work well with my day to day needs in the app store. The value cant be beat for approx $130. I highly recommend to anyone that is procrastinating on their next big generation Mac or PC purchase and needs something to tide them over - this is it. The unit is well made and typing upon the unit feels ok for a budget friendly notebook. Note: The update/expiration window is clearly displayed on the retail box: Automatic updates until June 2021. This isn’t a big issue for me but may be a concern for others.

Gave this item as a gift. They currently do not use this chromebook.

If you need to use Microsoft office even the online version it doesn’t work.

She was disappointed in it. But what do you expect for the price.

We have now purchased and returned two of these Chromebooks due to the keyboard being defective. When typing it would type letters multiple times when pressed.

Not at all what I was hoping for expecting works very very slow it's like it's in slow motion and there is absolutely nothing on it nothing to work with nothing to use is completely and totally nothing

This was a Christmas present for my daughter. It crashes frequently constantly requiring her to restart her computer.

Updates end June 2021. This information does not appear to be on Best Buy description. It is located on the box itself.

its very slow and difficult to organized. Camera is bad quality as well.

I hated this chromebook. It was absolutely to slow and the screen resolution was terrible. I returned this.
