I love my chrome book because it is so compact and is perfect for minimum work and searching the net. I use to keep up on FB, IG and email. I use it a lot with YouTube and cast from chrome book to smart tv . Perfect size and great deal if you do basic things on internet.

I bought this for my grandson to use in school and he has been very pleased with it. He gets his homework assignments electronically from the teachers and uses this device to complete and submit his homework. He is only 10 and has no issues learning how to use it. Great product for someone in this age group

We purchased a returned model from Best Buy. It came good as new, and was pretty much turn on, log in, and you're good to go. My daughter had a similar chromebook she was using at school so we found a deal on this one now that she is doing dedicated elearning. It's been great.

Don't expect too much from these, but if you want a simple and basic laptop fo ran cheap cost, these are great. I use 7 of them for signing up memberships at my company with a web based software. Outside of using it for an internet based software or surfing the net I would not recommend it.

Was a gift for my mother-in-law, that being said, this is very easy to navigate for her to get email, and play solitaire. She enjoys it very much, and she can use it in any room of her house (as it replaced a Pentium desktop with a dial up modem.

great chromebook for the kids. Actually, due to kids negligence, the screen broke. We ordered a new one online, and replaced in 10 minutes in the livingroom. Great to not have to buy a brand new one. Will continue to buy Samsung.

I originally bought this for my wife to do notes and school work on the go. Covid made us change our plans. Has worked well for our daughters. Both use for school and ABCmouse. They are both in elementary school and it fits them in size and necessity.

The last thing you want to do is give your kids an expensive laptop. This is just the right price for a first computer. Additionally, Google has excellent parental controls so you can make sure that your kids only have access to the sites and apps of your choosing.

This was purchased as a gift for my 11 year old grandson who asked for a laptop for Christmas. I didn't realize that everything you need actually came pre-loaded which makes it a great laptop to own as a first one. He's pleased with it, so I'm pleased with it.

I bought two chromebooks for my twins for Christmas. They use them for everything. They do their homework and play games on them. I also got them the bluetooth mouse to go with them. They set them up all by themselves. They are twelve and love their chromebooks.

My granddaughter needed a laptop for home to do school work and other things I didn't want to spend too much because she is only 11 and I didn't want anything too complicated. This one worked fine she was able to learn how to work it easily.

What I like is the access to add a TV or LED monitor with HDMI, USB to copy and read files, add wireless accessories etc.. charging remains as promised. A little compromise on display but I am fine as it serves my purpose of on-the-go tablet with keyboard.

It's a perfect fit for me cause I don't need a lot of space. It's very fast from the point you flip it open plus the battery last for a while just as it should. The number one reason why I bought it it's because of the built in protection. Great product I like it two thumbs up

Great value for a laptop. My kids use these in school so I got one for home for when they have to do home schooling. I still prefer Windows products, probably because I am more familiar with them. My kids like the chrome books.

This Samsung laptop came as described and thanks to best buy for the speedy deliver to the store. Didnt have to worry about being home to pick it up. The laptop is very nice, works as directed and the kids were surprised at how nice it was for the price. Thanks Again Best Buy!

I purchase this Chromebook as a supplemental laptop in my classroom for my students there been some cases where I've had to use it when my main laptop was out of commission. This is not 100% like a lot laptop it is designed for very light usage make sure that you don't really save on the computer make sure you save it to your Cloud stores like a Google drive or USB because it will significantly down the device and it will start crashing and glitching and be very difficult to use this device if you do that. It has all the basic functions of a computer . you can do you can do everything everything that you can do on a laptop you can do on a Chromebook however there are some little idiosyncrasies .If you're used to a laptop you can tell the difference specifically the speed and how quickly the pages load , the the quality of the camera if you're doing video call. It's kind of grainy

This is a great little computer to take on vacations. I'm only sorry that Chromebook will not be supporting these computers anymore after 2021. They had a good thing going and now the party's almost over. Can't wait to see who will take their place.

Purchased this for a grandchild for Christmas they love it. I just wished I had researched it more I didn't realize what I purchased. It doesn't use Microsoft products like word or power point. That was my fault however it does everything else surfs the web great.
