Only Use For Internet Browsing

You CANNOT download Office software for this laptop. However, if all you need is a laptop that can browse the web and use google products (like google docs), then this is good enough for that.

Takes some getting used to

I do like that it links everything to my google account so I can access it on my phone if I need it

Ok computer lousy service

Called support and they said I would have to pay $30 or more for a new charger. No warranty and 20% or the computer cost for a new charger? Seems steep to me. Overall the computer seems to work ok however I can not recommend something that has such a lousy warranty and service.

I thought it would be a small laptop for my son (my mistake)but he couldn't use it for nothing but internet searching. Couldn't load games or anything be sure you know what an chromebook is before.

Good Things Come In Small Packages

It takes a little getting used to since it doesn't run on Windows, but you can catch a video on YouTube for tutorials. For more memory, just slip in a micro sd card , type documents on Google Docs and catch a movie on Netflix! FYI, for printing you need a wifi printer.
