Great purchase for my 8 year old son

He used to always aak to use my laptop so I wanted to get him his own. He is very happy with it and I don't worry about him breaking it because it is very rugged. Also, very easy to set up. I rated it 4 stars because it is very utilitarian looking so not for someone looking for a sleeker, more chic model

Samsung Chromebook

The Office-like software is perfect, so I probably won't purchase MS Office. You can save docs as Office compatible or as pdf's. Ability to save docs on a flashdrive is great. Only negative is scrolling; must use mouse.
