The Samsung - 11.6" Chromebook - Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 32GB eMMC Flash Memory is a great addition to my lifestyle. It provides me with a great new way to access information without the size of a 15 inch laptop. It is small, light & the screen resolution is amazing for an 11.6" Chromebook. This is my 1st Chromebook & I am so liking it's quick response on making searches & the start up time. I have hardly used my Window laptop since purchasing this Chromebook. The price of course at Best Buy was the very best. The fact that you can also add an SD card for addition storage is also a plus.

Device works well. My kids love being able to use it to do their homework at home or in study hall. Google has removed the parental controls from Chrome OS, and thinks kids older than 13 don't need it anyway. So if that is important to you, you'll need a third party solution.

This chromebook was a great purchase! It is very durable and still works like it did when I got it brand new a year and a half ago. If you are looking for something that is affordable, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend it to students.

Bought this on sale on black friday. It works well and easy to use. It was super simple to setup but the screen is low quality with poor resolution. I would recommend this for kids but I would not use it myself.

I bought this chromebook as a present and took it to another country. Being that it was intended for 65 year old user interface was not self intuative. However main reason for such low review score is that applications my mother uses all open at like one third of the screen. Social networking, games and majority of other apps looked awful and were so small that could not be uses by 65 year old. It is light . Power connection is a joke. It is so tiny. Would not recommend as a gift to elderly. By far worse purchase I made at BestBuy for 22 years shopping there.

Very good, good price, screen dull esp for movies, where it plugs in is very sensitive an unhooks easily. Never used built in mouse an that took some getting used to. Tried to return due to picture an was after 15days so could not. But overall liked it.

This was purchased mainly so my son can take it to school instead of his MacBook Pro which I would not feel really bad if something happens to it since it is cheaper. So far he’s satisfied and gets his school work done. It is also light to carry around all day

This Chromebook worked well for me right out of the box. Most of the ones I looked at for this price either had only 2GB of RAM, or had less than this one's 32GB of storage. It's nice to not have to carry my laptop around for every little task anymore.

This has been great for my kids to use for homework. It does not feel flimsy like some of the other chromebooks we have used.

This item was bought on Black Friday. Although it was a zoo, Best Buy did their best to make it an orderly process! I was in & out in a far shorter time than I expected. My grandson is very happy with his new Chrome Book from a reputable vendor

This is an inexpensive chromebook for kids (11 and 14) to do homework, surf the web, etc. This is the second chromebook we have purchased. The first one has had no issues after one year of use so we got the exact same model for this second one.

We purchased this for the kids two years ago to have something that they could claim as their own without breaking the bank. My daughter is still using it every day for school and we haven’t had any issues.

I like the ease of use and portability, but Google needs to improve the drivers for peripherals. They also need to adjust the OS so the applications can run outside of Chrome. A new window for every app would be easier to switch between apps.

This new Samsung 3 Chromebook is the best bang for the buck for a beginner laptop, I highly recommend getting one if you don't need all the bells and whistles of the more expensive ones..I've had mine for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it.

the chrome books operate on a non Microsoft system I bought this for travel and needed to download an additional browser to gain access to the information I needed Once that was done it is a nice compact machine that I am told does not get viruses

Picked this up for $129 so you cannot beat the price. Pros include boot up speed and google platform. I’d say the only negative is that it runs a bit slower than I would prefer. Web pages load slower than typical laptop. Overall pleased with this.

My first Chromebook, so it took a little getting used to the finger gestures on the touch pad, but I connected a wireless mouse which behaves similar to a windows laptop. Battery life is better than my old laptop and the basic apps perform well.

Good quality build. It's a chrome book so it works as expected. 4 gigs of ram are enough to use it for browsing, watching videos, checking emails etc. Compact and lightweight. FYI this is not a gaming laptop. Great for students and for traveling.

I bought this to use instead of an old laptop that's about to die. I really just wanted something for lightweight tasks, and this works well. It includes the Google Play store for running Android apps, as well as the baked-in Linux beta.

Purchased for my Mom for Christmas on Black Friday. Took her a while to get used to it, but once I loaded the Apps and walked her through it, she loves it. Would have preferred a touchscreen monitor feature in lieu of just the fingerpad.
