I love this laptop, I actually bought four of these one for myself and the other were gifts for family members. Its perfect for me because I travel a lot and I need access the internet and my android device does not work as well as I would like, so now all is working fine we shall see what the future holds.

My wife uses this religiously for RN school. The only issue is that she cannot print PowerPoint slides in tile format where you can print multiple slides on one sheet of paper. This is more of a OS issue. She has to transfer the file to her PC in order to print. Other than that this chrome book is excellent.

I have brought 2 of these for my 8 year old twins for the school work. The reason I am disappointed is that Google has removed Supervised User option from the chrome book (which I was not aware). Even though they have made a new Family link I am not so happy with it. Nothing against the hardware , Primarily OS.

A bit cumbersome to navigate through. Must use a combination of keystrokes to effect cut, paste, insert, underscore, etc. Takes a bit of time to get comfortable. Takes longer to complete documents. No documents came with the purchase. I had to do separate research to learn about it.

Overall this was a nice product. I ended up not keeping the product and went with an actual full on PC as I felt the Chromebook was limited and we needed to be able to do a bit more with it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is certain about wanting a Chromebook.

Bought this for my daughter. She loved the specs on it. Ideal for schools. Students use then at school and they are irk like s charm. No issues. I decided to pick up one for my daughter. Had to exchange it because she wanted s touch screen chrome-book. But it’s awesome. Get one.

I bought this for my daughter who is a Freshman in high school. It has everything she needs, and since they use Google classroom it works perfectly with this Chromebook. My only complaint is that the charger is very small and where it plugs into the Chromebook can easily come unplugged.

This Chromebook is user friendly and has great processing speed. I use this Chromebook for work and entertainment. I am still learning Google doc and sheets, there are some different uses and ways to store send and all the other myraid of things you can do. Overall a great purchase.

Idk what I expected from a Chromebook. I bought it so I could learn more about them. It's nice. It's slower than my windows 2 in 1,but at this price point I expected it. I don't like that it only casts to Chromecast devices. Other than that,for basic surfing and email it's a solid device

I bought this for my daughter’s 16th birthday. It was just what she wanted! She uses Chromebook for school all year but they’re school issued and returned. Now she can enjoy music, Netflix, and learning tutorials on slow summer days! She’s happy and that makes me very happy!

I recently inherited an 1- year old in a new relationship and her computer just was awful, I didn’t want to spend too much and I just want something affordable and not so bulky because she’s a bit clumsy, she loves it and the startup is quick, hope to get 2 years out of it!

Bought a couple of these for the kids as they are using Chromebooks exclusively in school. A great way to get them familiar with the platform and the quality and value of this Samsung is outstanding!

I purchased more than one of these for grand kids, they love them and it keeps them off your stuff. A solid product, great picture clarity, and sound. The case is sturdy which is good for the children. Overall I find Samsung products excellent and the Chromebook is no exception.

Good basic chromebook. This model doesn’t support the pen, but for the money, I wouldn’t expect it to. The extra RAM lets you have multiple tabs open without lagging and the matte screen works well in bright areas or where you would get lots of glare on a shiny screen.

This Chromebook is very portable and durable. The only complaint I have is how slow it runs. Chromebooks aren't powerhouses, but I expect them to have a quick startup and run relatively quickly.
