It's a lifetime waiting 1 or 2 seconds for everything you do. I thought this would be faster since it doesn't have a bulky and slow operating system like Microsoft Windows. But too slow for me. 2) And then I learn that Chromebooks don't have a regular "right click" that I'm used to on the PCs and MacBooks. Right clicking with a Chromebook interface is annoying! 3) And... I understand that the Chromebook is for portability and online use only. But for a computer to offer only online use, I was hoping it was a little thinner, or at least a bit less weight... 4) I also found out that Chromebooks have an expiration date as to how long you can get updates on the operating system. Once that date is reached, I think I will have to use the computer as is until I get a new one. If I had known that my model only had 2.5 years of updates left versus the max 6 years, I would have purchased another model.
