Since school is out due to COVID19, they started using it daily. We didn’t have any problems for the last month. Now, the laptop no longer will charge. It’s upsetting because we still have 3 more weeks of online learning and the laptop is no longer in warranty. Samsung customer service is of no help.

I had the Geek Squad download all my files to the Cloud but have I no idea how to get to it! I haven't used it much at all yet because I have been using my sister's laptop to job search and update my resume and cover letters. I wish I had just bought a laptop.
