Love this computer. It was super easy to set up and get started. Came with windows which was a plus in book. In addition, this is something that i would purchase again for family and friends.

I like the Chromebook, but I really want my iPad. I am so used to using it and I don’t have to learn something new. i am giving the Chromebook to my daughter and am buying a new iPad. i need more space than the one I already have. I believe the Chromebook was a very good purchase.

I'm pretty well satisfied with the product, but I couldn't use the WiFi from college. They said I should be fine, but I had this huge glitch! I finally was able to find a friend who had hotspot.

I like it, it's good laptop for work and study.....:)

Bought two, this one just what I needed for the use of email, searches and games. I wanted to do more for the second one that I purchased and returned it for a laptop. Otherwise the Chromebook is what I expected and what I got.

Never have any trouble ordering electronics from Best Buy! I got it shipped and it came vacuum-sealed in a plastic to protect the box from water. Got it on sale for Black Friday for my mother, so it was a great deal that you really can’t beat!

Nice computer, I just miss the arrows at the top & bottom of the far right of the screen so I can move the pages up & down easier.. also my printer will not work with my computer,, so now I will have to get a new printer to go with i t.

Not the fastest horse in the stable, but it's great for the simple activities I do -- mostly emails, Google Docs, web surfing, and the occasional game of solitaire

It’s a little slow and the left button part of the touchpad sticks, but for the price it is decent. Really a situation where you get what you pay for.

Enjoy the new chrome book very much. My old unit was pretty well used up and not working well. Getting used to it`s functions and capabilities.
