bought this as a temporary laptop for my school work. Did the job great!

Actually enjoyed our experience purchasing this product. We were not pressured in any way while comparing products and help arrived at the perfect moment. I am replacing an old chromebook and look forward to many years using this chromebook.

I needed a new laptop. I have heard great things about Chromebooks. I use mostly google products so it was a natural fit. I wanted a larger screen size because I use my computer alot. I really like this laptop. It is easy to use. The resolution is good. Through a promotion I was able to get office 365. The only problem I have is my older printer won't work with it. But it's time about to upgrade anyways!

My daughter loves her new computer. She cannot wait to use it for schoolwork. She has already had Zoom meetings on it. It is perfect for a middle schoolers needs.

This is a very nice chromebook. The first one I owned was a google . I have always like Samsung, the price was right so I ordered it. Only been using it for a couple of days, I am very happy with it.

We bought this for a 14 yr old who is doing high school online this year. They require a Chromebook. We chose this for the larger screen and hard drive at a very good price point. I have had Samsung electronics over the years and found them to be reliable.

Went looking for an inexpensive laptop to meet basic computing needs. Jared recommended this machine and it's a great fit. Excellent price, serves its purpose.

Good and on Budget. I bought it for my middle schooler and she likes it for her homework and zoom classes.

So glad I chose this Samsung Chromebook. The 'set up' was the easiest ever! It's so easy to use and I would highly recommend it to not only Seniors but students too. Best Buy also sent several emails to make sure everything was going okay.

Best laptop/ chromebook ever. Easy for me to get work done transfer content from phone to computer. Loves how all my google files as added without me having to download to the computer

My son loves the big screen in this computer. The view is better depending on the angle of the screen.

This is a really simple Chromebook that handles every day browsing with ease. Heavy usage can bog it down due to it having limited memory and processing power. My main caveat with this one is the display looks slightly washed out regardless of settings.

I bought this certified refurbished chrome about a month ago for my kids and so far it's as good as new. My kids use it for doing their homework, watching YouTube, and listening to music. The only drawback I can think of is probably the size and weight, it is a bit heavy and big in comparison with most chromes out there in the market.

We bought this for my mother in law. She needed a computer that was eady to use and get to the internet and check her email. This was so easy to use and setup. Would recommend for someone who is just looking for those features.

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my grandson. He likes watching videos on it. I haven't seen it since he opened it. But he really likes it and the battery seems to last a long time.

It's portable and sleek. I like the feel of it but need to get used to the placement of the keys on the keyboard. They seem one-space off

No complaints so far. Easy setup and all of my apps, from Google transferred over quickly.
