It did what it says it does, just not particularly well. The screen isn't great and the speakers aren't loud and it's a bit laggy, but it will do everything it says on the description. I would probably rate it better but I'm comparing it to a 5-year-old Galaxy view tablet. For the price I would think it would be at least as fast as the view and that the screen would be better.if this Chromebook was made by Hisense at a price of $250 it would be what I would expect. Being made by Samsung it is rather disappointing though.

I got this tablet for my son to use for high school. It is very dependable and fits right in his backpack. He will be able to use this through college. Samsung made a very great Chromebook.

I ordered this for my son during distance learning and it has been a great computer for him. Even though we are no longer doing distance learning, he is able to have his own computer. The only thing I would like is if it had more parental controls on it.

It’s a really good computer. The only negative is how limited the content is while using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft office apps.

I went in to pick up my laptop which was deemed unrepairable. Just went over to check out tablets, and, started chatting with the salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, AND, he told me about the current promo that was going on, which was a free set of headphones.

Overall decent lapyop for basic office needs. Would have given 4 stars but screen is a little to be desired for watching movies on it.

The laptop was purchased for my son for school. The only drawback he said that it has is the speaker quality. He loves everything else about it. He did not want a touchscreen.

Bought this for my 3rd grader to do her zoom schooling while schools stay closed. So far so good. She is able to log on herself and do what she needs to. Has a jack for headphones. She will probably outgrow it by middle school, but it’s serving it’s purpose now.

Am new with chrome book,I was use with windows 10, it's ok but not not sure if I made the right choice, a friend told me to buy a chrome book, I'll see in few weeks I guess

Great little Chromebook. Only thing missing is a Caps Lock key. I don't do anything taxing with my personal computers, so this works perfect for my purposes.

Works great. Got specifically to run a cricut maker and has operated wonderfully. Easy to set up and very nice display.

Got the Chrome book for my 11 year old daughter beginning of June because of the remote learning and the possibility of having remote learning again in the fall.

Haven't used it much, but it's very attractive. Probally be good for for someone with basic computer skills. Looking forward to honing my computer skills.

I really enjoy this Chromebook. It's a big change from the average laptop and doesn't do everything my laptop did but is very convenient.

Being a retail for over 30 years times have changed but I will say I got a great Buy on a great Chromebook thanks Best Buy

This chrome book is for a fourth grader to do school from home. It runs zoom and other google stuff well. Simple, minimalist and has a decent camera for video calls. Audio is pretty clear.

Nothing wrong with the Chromebook at all. It serves it's purpose which is for a young child's e-learning.

Kind of silly "they" had to overhaul the keyboard for Chromebooks. Samsung Chrombook4+ is a great lightweight netbook, sadly reliant upon Google. Has limitations every Chrome OS has - it's not a PC.

I recently made this purchase for my mom and she has been using this laptop since she first got it. Its easy to transfer your google information onto the laptop. She is still exploring and navigating her way around the laptop.
