Got it for my 12 yr old son since he is stuck at home 'remote learning'. Functions well,does what it is supposed to do....Covid sucks

I really think the problem is the printer she sold me with the laptop. I even paid $200 for a pc tech to come out and help me because every time I tried to hook up the printer I’d get some weird message saying my computer wasn’t safe and I’d get knocked off the internet. Every time the printer kept saying it’s running updates and now it’s been almost a month. That was a big waste of money. And I’m really upset because I can’t find my receipt.

I actually got this for my self to online courses I am currently taken but I was told is more of a tablet then a laptop. I returned it and ended up repurchasing this same item for less at Walmart on sale My son loves this device the only thing that sucks is it storage capacity..... It doesn't hold a lot of space .... But it's supposed to be a useful tablet not a laptop.

I grabbed this for work and I didn't have a lot of time to really examine things, but the more i got into my job, the more i realized that I need the keys F1-F12, which this doesn't have...for some reason. What's more, since it's got relatively low internal storage, it's not ideal for anything where you'll be using a computer for a long time. So, in total, great for student life application, but absolutely an awful idea for business work.

I really like this product. Seems to do the job. Sometimes it seems difficult to set things up to the bluetooth or WiFI.(printer)

Mainly been using it as a web surfing tool. It's not the best computer but it gets the job done.

This is not a frills computer but it is just what all three of my girl’s needed for there remote learning. They are in elementary, middle and high school. It fits what each one of them needed without breaking the bank.

I'm very pleased with the purchased item which was bought for my grandson school work.

Purchased this for my wife as a Christmas gift so she could work-from-home remotely. The IT Tech at her job instantly said "That's a GREAT Chromebook!" Took an entire 5 minutes to set up, too. Highly Recommend

Works good. Expensive for what it is. Comparable to a low end laptop but with less features.

My first Chromebook, after being a Windows guy since the mid 80s. My wifi comes though my phone's hotspot, and that must have been the issue, because although the computer connected to the hotspot, it would only allow me into the computer as a guest. I couldn't sync to anything. Everything I did while I was online was lost when I turned off the computer. I couldn't download any apps. I couldn't do anything. After 4 hours of searching for a solution online, without success I packed the computer back up and will return it. I was really hoping this would work as a lightweight traveling computer, but I'm going to have to go some other route.

Works great for surfing the web, but you have to save anything you want to print. Very annoying.

I received this as a gift but I had to return it because since use a lot of Microsoft office I prefer the windows version instead of chromebook. Other than that it is a great purchase. I love Hp products!

Nice for the money, but webcam is low quality even at pricepoint. Great for basic computers tasks.

Carmera is good sound is not the best. Not Microsoft office compatible, but Docs get the basic work done. Overall, a good laptop

Long battery is the key love it simplest set up. Also easy to use with chrome books i do recommend buying a wireless mouse. But everything on this laptop is perfect for my day to day use

When I went into Best Buy to look around I took a look at the Lap Top and had no idea of buying one. and because I had such a wonderful fellow came and help me about it and I bought it. Because of him .

I have not had a lot of time to work with my Laptop just yet. I still enjoy it just the same.

Bought this for my dad as his laptop was old and very slow. It has been a learning experience for him as he has never had a chrome book so he has been learning this one slowly. So far so good. He likes it.

I just changed from a "real" computer to thiss chromebook. It is VERY DIFFERENT mostly because it operates about google. For example on my old computer it was very easy to access micrrosoft word but throguht this new computer it ain't easy. I would consider this maybe as a school computer but not for personal use as an adult. I honestly don't recommend!
