Chromebook OS basic dislike it

I don't like download app from google store under mobile weird BUT can't another software from PC because Chromebook OS not match. Exchange from Chromebook to Tab S6 with S pen love it same Chromebook app.

Quirky

All of a sudden it will disconnect from our wireless internet. Several times it has gone black and shut down. Searching online suggests it may be overheating though the fan isn't working. Also the lid is very difficult to raise.

A near perfect chromebook

Everyone was following the safety guidelines for Covid 19. The product was easy to set up and has been easy to use.
