Great laptop would buy it again and suggest to my friends

Laptop works perfectly fine..all features are great.

My son loves his graduation present. It's so sleek looking.

What a disappointing mistake. I had an Acer Chromebook, got almost 5 years out of it and decided to upgrade for work. Couldnt find another Acer (all sold out at the beginning of the pandemic) so I bought this fancy looking waste of money since I had always had excellent luck with Samsung tv's and phones. I should have just waited for the Acer to restock. This shiny Apple wannabe is slow, unresponsive, suffers from horrible wifi connection issues. and the worst speakers I have ever heard from a laptop/choromebook Don't waste your money

As mentioned in other reviews, the screen is horrible. I have another Chromebook with the same 4gb of memory that i bought in 2017, the chromebook plus. Using them both for the same reason, online trading. The older model works much better and the screen is great. It handles a lot of tabs open at the same time. This one has locked up several times, and one day I was locked out of my account twice. This has never happened in the last 3 years of being with my ML Edge account. For some unknown reason, it deletes some of your password before you hit enter. I have a 12 digit alphanumeric password. So now I have to look at the screen before hitting enter. Log on with my other chromebook so i can't get locked out. and exit the tab i was using before trying again.I am returning this computer.

Had this Chromebook foor a while now and it's served me very well.

I find it very convenient for travel..Otr truck driver and I use it for coursework. I have no complaints.

I'm not certain how to use it the right way but so far my give and take is this. I appreciated the phone computer synchronization and I did not appreciate the fact that everything downloads to a cloud or something and there's no disk drive.

If you're a student, I wouldn't recommend this laptop. I've had issues with using Microsoft on it and the keypad gets stuck making it hard for me to click because the touchpad will do the same. Wish I could exchange it but it's too late.

For kids school worth it for a teen but to use like a laptop not worth it. Your better off spending a couple hundred more...but honestly who wants to spend around $300 on a chromebook that kids are not going to take car of. Very limited....

My daughter loves it. She's able to stream all her shows with such ease. I'm the best dad ever.

Had a windows computer and find the chrome book different to navigate however not to hard to get use to
