very slow operating, resolution fair, screen size is good

The color of this chromebook is so dark. Not recommend to buy it

Got this on a whim, hoping it would help me into personal research. Not so much.

NOT GOOD FOR STUDENT OR BUSINESS! I think that if it had a word document accessibility it would make a big difference

Horrible and so upset on the money wasted and payment I’m stuck with. Zoom is the main reason I bought this computer and research said it was available on chrome book/chrome os. Very untrue, many of the important features I need aren’t accessible. Forget using the play store to download apps, crap quality. I also own a cricut and that too is limited to the point it’s not worth using design space, even with the plug in. Facebook, horrible and limited to run my Facebook group. Finding any article online for this system and ways around the issues are few and not much help. Wish I could return this, lesson learned but figured if others weren’t aware of the misleading “yes it’s compatible” bs. It’s not and very disappointed. So upset there isn’t a longer return time or at least available to trade in for equal value on something else. Seems everyday I’m finding something more to be disappointed in with this computer. I can’t even easily instal a completely different browser like Firefox without wanting to throw this thing.

Don't buy this unless you are absolutely certain you know you want a chromebook bc its nothing like a laptop.. but this brand is ok and it runs fast but I just don't like it and after you buy it best buy will not let you return it

It was very easy to worktop tun it on and takes care of itself

Bought an open box "excellent" condition one. Worked perfectly for my nephew's school.. however, it broke already. It went into a boot loop. It would not start into Chrome os. I even did the chrome recovery process. It seems to be an internal hardware error. I sent it to Samsung for warranty work on 10/23. It has still not been returned.

Have not set it up all the way yet.hope it replace my desktop.don’t need a full computer.

I have had this Chromebook less than 3 months and this morning it will not power on. It is fully charged and all I have is a black screen. It is only used for everyday things such as email and internet surfing. To get the warranty service will require numerous steps and if that doesn't resolve it then obtaining a authorization number for service, taking to a authorized service center where it may have to have parts shipped form another authorized center. All this on top of my notice that all updates for this Chromebook will stop April 2022. The AUE says 2025 in description. My last laptop lasted almost 11 years. I'm not looking for that but a few years would be nice. Samsung products will have to be bypassed by my family and friends in the future.

Went to store to check out laptops for my kids. Was not allowed to go in store due to covid restrictions. So had to purchase online and have it delivered to my house. Would have been better if I could have talked with Best Buy representative first to make sure I was getting a laptop that would meet all of my kids needs for school.

It is average at best. You absolutely get what you pay for. It is standard and basic.

I dont use this for much, mostly just netflix and some google docs for work. WHEN it is working it works fine but there is an issue with the app 'android system web viewer' anytime this app updates my chrome book completely crashes. It takes 5 minutes between each screen, i have to go to the play store and uninstall the most recent updates for said app. If it works the first time the whole process takes about 20 minutes, but usually i have to install/uninstall a few times to get things working again. This happens every 2 weeks or more making the laptop pretty much unusable. Google acknowledges the issue but just advises to uninstall the app when it happens.

This is my first Chromebook and I do not like it. I am a college student and I have to use Zoom and work on word, but Zoom and word does not run efficiently on Chromebook. This Chromebook keeps lagging and run super slow.

basic chromebook, works well, good speed. Decent value for the money spent.

Screen seemed dark , it would drop wifi connection when other items paired would stay connected could not stay connected with my printer sometimes drop in the middle of a print job . Not real impressed so it's been returned .

For a Chromebook it is good but it is not a full laptop.

You can get a. better one for the price .........
