I returned it. Definitely don't like Chromebooks. The screen was so ugly. Too bad I really hoped to like it.

You cannot use this computer for the college level. Since this computer is through chrome it will not be compatible with your school. It won’t connect to the schools WiFi because it is not a “school owned chromebook” and most college with taking online courses require downloading a lockdown browser. The chromebook is not compatible with that either. I suggest buying a hp or a MacBook.

Would put zero stars if allowed. Ordered 2 chromebooks for picked by my son. My son chose the other chrome book, I presume would get credit to my card. For some reason did not credit my card and gave him credit he lost and getting run around being online and phone lack of help

Sometimes it does not want to work and I have to close it for a while before it works again

just a tablet operation system on a laptop case! it’s comfortable but not user friendly

I hate this computer, The horizontal lines overlap each other and hard to read, I also did not realize the keyboard is not lighted, That is my fault! This thing is also way slow, It is past 2 weeks so I can't return it for an exchange, Would if I could. Salesman explained nothing when purchased.

I can't depend on this Samsung 15.6 Chromebook the power button doesn't work. I have taken it into Best Buy before now I have to take it in again for the same reason

Bought for myself ,but my son needed it for online school freezes up more than it should ,maybe it's not meant for that much use ,if so they should mention that because it's pricey with the geek quad ,now I have to buy him a laptop.

I am unsure of how great the product is because I am so disappointed in you, Best Buy. I believe I was misled, and if these are the business tactics you employ, please remove me from your mailing list.

With this purchase , for second time that Bestbuy sell to me defective items. I Bought this laptop a month ago!! and today doesn't turn on. This is bad.

Was a good chromebook, until 35 days after we started to use it, it became a brick. Will not turn on, nothing. So, I have to wait 6 weeks for warranty service to check it out. I would not recommend this unit at this time

Stopped working after 3 months of light use. Won’t come on won’t charge, can’t retrieve my files and documents.

If you only need microsoft office and online tasks this is cool, but it lacks any type of advanced capabilities so it's probably perfect for a 3–6-year-old honestly.

no stars, the laptop is completely useless for any laptop uses aside from what a phone can do and even then a phone has adobe flash. this is garbage and i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy

Don’t waste your money. It’s the worst laptop I’ve ever purchased. Hard to navigate, confusing, deleted files by itself. Won’t log into office keeps saying error message. It’s a piece of crap!
