I purchased two of these Chromebooks (1 gift, 1 for myself) and am very happy with both. They also arrived ahead of the predicted shipping schedule.

Great for my basic needs. Emailing etc.. easy to use and battery life is excellent

This chromebok is awesom. Fast and keeps thr baterylife longer than expected!

Had no issues with setup and updating. Is just what was needed for school work. Would purchase another if the need arises.

Just spend the extra money and get a Windows device. The touchpad does not respond as it should and hangs up constantly. For a basic web surfing computer it's fine but don't try to print or do anything else because you will be disappointed. I went with Samsung because I like the brand but maybe they should stick with fridges.

It's hard for me to even articulate how much i despise my chromebook. It's THE WORST laptop I have ever used. I have had problems with it from day one due to the extremely confusing set up, the fact that it doesn't support Windows, and even the keyboard is set up strangely. I will never ever buy another google product again, and would not recommend buying this computer if you aren't tech savvy. If you need Windows for work or school, don't buy this overly complicated piece of machinery, it causes nothing but numerous extreme stress headaches. Thanks for Nothing, Google.

I tried to follow the start-up steps but couldn't get it to recognize me. When I connected to my WiFi it said I was connected to my network but it couldn't use the internet. However it did allow me to browse with Chrome as a guest. This told me I somehow needed to register with Google but that option was net being given to me. Contacted Samsung, Google and Best Buy but none knew what to do. Taking it back.

Bought this laptop 2 months ago, and worked for 3 weeks, then got a blank screen. Took it back, and they replaced it with a new one. That lasted for about 6 weeks, and then another blank screen. Always had good luck with Samsung products, but not with this laptop. Good phones, good televisions, but not with this product. My first review of anything, but had to post this warning about a major problem.
