Great overall product. Excellent battery life!!! The only downside is the keyboard is not backlit. Other than that good value.

Bought for my 8-year old for remote learning this semester (year?). He likes the size, which is a bit on the bigger side of typical laptops these days. He doesn’t really need to move around much so it’s working well.

Was given to my aunt as a gift who is a novice laptop user but i used it briefly upon setup. Nice laptop for her i caught it on sale and it runs fluently from usage. Apps and browser runs as expected. Good so far.

Good device for what I paid. The screen was larger than I thought it was, but the keyboard remained the same size as a smaller Chromebook. The keyboard could have been a bit bigger.

Very solid computer. Purchased it to maintain my website and keep my online presence solid for my small business. Has handled everything beautifully. Big Bang for the buck.

This came at a great time as my daughter needed something to use for school. The camera works great. The only issue I have is sometimes I cannot get things to print because of the low RAM on the machine.

I need some instruction to use it properly to the fullest. I need to purchase a new printer and have a geek squad member come and set it up for me. My current one won't work with it......

My husband's been using this for his main device for over a year now. It's wonderful and easy to use. He lost the power cable and was able to just use a usbc charger in the house instead. So, we didn't even have to repurchase the proprietary charger.

I got this to replace an older samsung chromebook for one of my kids. It's got a large screen which is great for video conferencing and browsing the internet for school work or fun. It feels pretty solid and came with a usb-c charging cord.

Very happy with this computer. The perfect computer for something lightweight to carry to work and school while not giving up anything for performance. Running over 25 tabs, the computer does not blink an eye whatsoever. Awesome deal!

Got it as as a retirement gift to myself. Impressed with sharpness of images and size of screen. Plan to begin a daily journal, shop a little, and surf. Look forward to my next BEST BUY.

I love the Samsung Chromebook! I am glad I got the bigger screen! Goggle is so useful to use between my work computer and my home Chromebook. I had my old Chromebook for many years of heavy use! It is a good choice for someone who isn't overly into the left side of their brain!

Nice machine. Simple to use. Clean design. Never used a chromebook before but it was relatively straightforward to make it useful

This chromebook is easy to use for the basics we needed! A little expensive for what I needed but with the run on chromebooks that happened due to Covid, I’m happy to have gotten it.

It was a gift from my roommate and he insisted that I open it earlier than Christmas. He re-wrapped it so that I could open it on Christmas while celebrating with my kids. Unfortunately, as my son was preparing to bring me back home, he placed the boxed laptop on the roof of his car while loading other gifts and my oxygen machine into the vehicle. (I'm late stage COPD so I have to have my oxygen at all times. I also don't drive and don't go out due to covid-19. Unfortunately, being rushed he forgot to put it in the car and it apparently slid off somewhere. My roommate did not buy the insurance for the device as he was anticipating that I would insure it under my name once I was using it. Obviously, I didn't have the privilege of making use of it for very long and I have no recourse but to take the loss. It is, however, an excellent product and perhaps once I'm able will purchase another one.

Good computer for someone who likes alot of space and memory, it also a pretty fast computer internet pages load quick an haven't had any trouble of the computer crashing. Over all, computer is worth the money.

Got this for a startup business. I knew it would be needed for keeping books and ordering future products.
