Easy setup and fast enough for my use. I needed it to work from home, and it arrived very quickly.

There is a learning curve when it comes to Chromebook, I expected it to be more like a laptop. It is more like a tablet with a keyboard but I'm far from a techy person. I'm getting used to it now. The Charger failed at about 6 months hopefully covered by warranty but haven't made it back to Best Buy to find out.

As a fan of Samsung products as a whole, I am not surprised at how great this is. It does exactly what it needs too!!! I love it!!

This Samsung chromebook is everything I expected it to be. As with all chromebooks, it refreshes the software automatically to the latest versions and does not need extra antivirus software. Most of my documents are stored in the cloud where they can be shared with my phone or PC desktop. The Samsung has a high resolution screen and the battery life is excellent. WiFi performance is good and the 32 GB of local flash memory is adequate. Unlike my phone, video chats work great on the big screen and performance is good.

This laptop is not bad for the money, it has some pros and cons for sure. Pros are ease of use for sure it easy to just turn on and go perfect for inexperienced users. Also easy access to Google accounts. Great for surfing the web and YouTube video quality isn't bad for what it is and sound quality is ok, but it not bad for the price. Touch screen is nice and is very sensitive. Cons, not all playstore apps are compatible with this laptop and that can be really annoying if you have a game you want to be able to play on computer. Also can't screen share or use your phone on this computer like you can with a windows or apple computer. Overall not a bad buy if you only want to do average things with it

I have had this Chromebook for over a month now. It has worked great. Signed in with my Google account and everything was there, like it was on my old pc/laptop. Would have like an HDMI input to easily connect to a monitor, but I had a device that still makes it possible. Battery length is incredible, only need to charge every two to three days. I do use it for basic internet programs and sites. I do not game on it, or use any intensive programs.

I'm very happy with the feel, weight and performance of this Chromebook. Exactly what I need for the types of transactions and documents I work on.
