Had never considered a chrome book to replace my laptop and maybe it wasn't the best decision. Works fine, does what it’s supposed to however, the keyboard doesn’t have 10 key, some of the programs don’t work well with some of my documents, still can’t set up my wireless printer.

Great laptop alternative for students. Like any chrorebook, it's very intuitive and easy to use. Great price for a big screen.

I bought this laptop for my daughter. I needed something that would work for the LAUSD system and noticed most are geared towards Chromebooks as it’s affordable. I got this with a promo and got a free $200 headphones from Sony. I also had some points at the time of purchase and it really saved me a ton of money. Function wise, it works and my daughter can now use and study on Windows laptop, MacBook Pro and this chromebook. If you are a parent, download and setup a family link app with google. You can control the chromebook and allow installs from your phone. You can also set a schedule and track history.

I like the clear vision of the screen as well as the size. It was brought for my grand daughter. The set up was easy and fast.

Daily user. The hinge on the right side broke and now the computer is hard to open. I see there is a lawsuit brought but I haven't seen any updates. We bought this computer in 2021. Does anyone know if they are fixing these? Thanks.

Chromebook nice and compact - like that it carries the Samsung name. Easy to set-up with a few clicks. Professional looking.

Just what I was looking for... simple and affordable.

Bought it open box "excellent," no geek squad certification. Main attractions were cost and size (family also has a dell from 2016, runs well, smaller screen). All good so far. Arrived looking like new. Boots fast. Browses the web fine. Used Citrix to work remotely, worked fine. Put Zoom on it, video calling has been fine. That's about all that's been done with it, handled it all well. A few things I'd flag, some of which I also read in other reviews. The display quality is noticeably lower than other computers out there (can't speak to the price point though, didn't comparison shop in person). Doesn't really bother me. The bottom case is a little flimsy, might click the mouse without touching it. Replacing caps lock with a search button and getting rid of delete are funky choices, your mileage may vary (I'm assuming this is a Chromebook thing but didn't care enough to look into it). In retrospect, would be kinda nice if it had an hdmi port. But hey, sacrifices have to be made to keep cost down, I thought it was a good deal and I'm happy with it.

I love this laptop. Easy setup and very user-friendly. I love that it also has a long battery life. Very lightweight for people on the go!

I purchased this to wrap my world around Google and their products. I chose this because i wanted the basics and i'm completely satisfied. Of course with a bit more budget I'll get the bigger sister Chromebook, but for now it gets the job done for all my basic needs. I do recommend this for people use this for their social media needs and zooming.

It's an easy and simple laptop for getting assignments completed. It's lightweight, easy to carry around. I wouldn't recommend it for heavy-duty tasks such as video editing or too much gaming. If you need something quick and affordable for the time being, you may like it.

Good performance, fast delivery, and fair price. My daughter is enjoying her new Chromebook and especially the large size screen.
