This is definitely a product that I would recommend to someone who needs something that works great and has ease of use. The screen resolution could be better. The wifi is a lil weird on the device where it shows that its a good connection bt not a excellent connection when I have great wifi connection in then entire house. Bt works great all around.

This was my first time buying any type of Samsung computer and I really enjoy this Chromebook. It's light and charge pretty fast.

Its a really good laptop, its fast, slim and not heavy at all. Bigger than expected which is a plus for me.

I really enjoy this laptop. It was a birthday present. Honestly prefer having the side numbers along with those along the top of the keyboard and this doesn't but that's okay. No HDMI connection port so everything you try connect has to be done through WiFi. Very good battery life and very fast internet surfing. Pretty good laptop all and all.

Works great! The only issue I have is not with the chrome book itself, it’s more the operating system. The operating system does not work well with government sights, so if you are in the military and have things to do on government sites I would not recommend a chrome book, but for anything else you need to use it for, it will be fine.

This is a replacement for my husband’s old HP laptop. The Samsung Chromebook was extremely easy to set up and he finds it much easier to use than his previous laptop. Definitely would recommend this as it is so easy to learn to use.

Great laptop for the money! This is my second Chromebook. My first one lasted 8 years with zero issues.

No complaints! Very easy to use, quick and responsive. Intel Chip makes it very quick and easy to multitask.

It boots up fast, user friendly. Slim design is nice feature. I use it for online shopping and paying bills.

This cheomebook is made well, all the ports work as they are supposed to. It keeps a charge the whole day. I bought two of them for my kids to use for distance learning. Samsung made these specifically for chrome so they are perfect for just that. These have a webcam to use for zoom, or whatever visual platform is needed to video chatting. The size and design is also great for older kids because they can take better care of something so delicate.
