I absolutely love this chrome book! It’s so easy to use, the big screen is great because my school books are online so it makes it easier to view them. The only thing I don’t like is the camera. During my conference calls it appears darker than it is in my house. Other than that I would totally recommend this device to anybody attending college or people who just surf the web.

This was an open box item and it arrived in perfect condition. I didn't realize that Chromebooks are not regular laptops, but that's okay. I really just wanted it for internet and email mostly. It works great and was a bargain.

We researched all Chromebooks that would be best for a school teacher. After months of researching and comparing, we decided to purchase the Samsung Chromebook and have not been disappointed.

I am still learning my way around this computer but so far it seems to be doing the job. I haven't figured out all the things it is capable of doing yet. I do prefer using my own keyboard and mouse verses the one on the computer. It seems to be a great computer for the price.

Good chrome book, easy to set up. Large screen and ready to go. Screen tilt not great as it losses some clarity but not a problem if you are mostly working in same position. Mouse pad dependable but not extremely comfortable. Does the job for the money spent.

Set up was a simple follow the steps process. I enjoy that it is not loaded down with all these programs that i will never use like most computers have. My only complaint is that I did not receive the free music thing that i was offered when I purchased this chromebook.

Great product for the money! I am a teacher and bought this for myself to use at school because I wanted a larger screen than my school issued Chromebook. I typically use a MacBook, but it is convenient to have a Chromebook when purchasing from Teachers Pay Teachers and using Google Classroom. We already had one or these at home, so I knew I’d like it!

I like that is very thin and super light. A lot easier to travel with.

I loved the picture quality so good I didn’t want to return it..but. Or my meetings, and business. I needed zoom..I was told I need windows. It would allow me with ease for my long term usage. I was able. But each day i turned it off it erased. Zoom so after 2 days. I had to return to the Best Buy store for help...but great product.

It is easy to use, has a strong internet speed and a powerful engine

The screen is big, so my daughter can read better with this computer. Everything is good, but one thing I don't like about is the wireless reception. I had to buy router extender because this laptop could not receive the signal in the second floor.
