We're off to a good start with some Android and lots of Windows 10 exposure. So far operation is quite intuitive but I did buy "Chromebook for Dummies 2nd Ed." for backup as there are no grandkids in the area.

I wish it came in a different finish. It gets finger print smudges so easily. It works fine, not really worth what I paid for it. The big screen is the only reason I went with it.

It was the perfect for my needs, and the Best Buy price was fantastic. They provided free shipping, and the laptop was delivered when they promised it would be . What more can you ask for !!!!! Best Buy has been a very reliable place to purchase what I need. RPF

I've only had it for about a year. The laptop overheats really quickly and I would not recommend it as a school laptop.

We were taking our time buying a device for the house/our son, but with remote learning taking place so quickly we had to purchase a device. The Samsung Chromebook was reasonably priced with good features.

I purchased this for my son to use for school. This is a great chromebook!! Sturdy enough for everyday use and great speed. My son has no complaints and is able to access all of his school work with ease. Camera also works great and is useful for Zoom meetings.

I didn't realize this was a Google laptop. It works well but I Should have bought a windows based product. If you have google products it works well with them.

For the money, it performs just fine. It meets my needs. Except for the absence of Microsoft Office capability. The picture quality is fair to poor....like a cheap tv before HD.

Had to end up buying a chrome book for my son since his school was shut down and we couldn't do everything his teacher was assigning on Google classroom on our phones. It's real simple to set up and begin working on. I see us keeping this for a long time throughout his schooling.

I bought this for MOM!!!... her old lap top had quit and this C B will do everything that she needs to do on a pc!!!.... MOM'S HAPPY!!!.. i'm happy!!!... mom is 91 years old!

It is a little heavy, but it works well and is quite powerful. It took a while to get used to it, but once I figured it out, it is great!

Great for the price! I bought this laptop for my son to use for school. The screen is a perfect size! It's an awesome basic computer. Got delivered within 2 days to my home.

I purchased this laptop for my niece and she loves it! I was a little hesitant in her getting a Chromebook. Perhaps, I was reluctant because I was not familiar with it. Whatever the reason this device has worked out for well for her.

This is a great notebook for what I need. It is small, light weight and the images and colors are clear and sharp. For the price I paid I couldn't have asked for a better choice.

Does cover all the basics needs and easy install and updates. This is great for a beginner to start with their first computer.

With not knowing how the schools are going to handle the 2020-2021 school year I decided to get a designated chromebook. This was a decent deal they only thing that could be better would be the screen. If you are off just a few degrees on the viewing angle the Screen looses saturation of the colors.

Great product. I bought two for remote learning for my children. Also encouraged my mother and aunt to buy their own as well. Easy to use, set up was quick and my 13 year old and 9 year old get around on it well without my help. Charges quickly as well.

Love this laptop. I've been wanted it and kept putting it off and I found it on sale so it was meant to be. I love how big the screen is. I love the fact that it's a Samsung....I'm a fan. Plus it's chromebook and I use chromebook for my work. Price was great too!!!

The Samsung chromebook is a good buy, with more battery life than the competition. Yeah. Running Chrome OS and Linux factory installed. Also, the security is dependable like all Samsung Electronics....never asleep, or goofy when it comes down to performance.
