Its a good computer for the price. It did freeze up once but haven't had the issue again. I choose chromebooks to avoid the issues with viruses that a regular PC would bring.

So far I enjoy the Samsung Chromebook. I had been looking for a laptop for school and doing some research. I did not need anything to expensive, since it would only be use for school. It has been very user friendly. Easy to carry with me and price was decent.

We received our Chrome book and we are so pleased, it is for my step daughter who is doing School online. It is perfect. The product arrived on time as always best buy great value and service.

Never used a chrome computer so kinda different to get used to. Having problems with volume on zoom calls. Can’t find email sent to me once I open them.

Purchased for remote learning plan. Easy to navigate Google classrooms. Graphics are pleasing to view on screen. Needed to purchase printer as ours did not support GooglePrint.

I ordered this laptop for my 72yrs old mother. She really like that it large and she doesn't always have to wear glasses. But it didn't come with much of an instruction manual on keys or set up.

My grandson uses this Chromebook to produce music videos. I was not aware it was possible on a product in this price range. He is very satisfied with it so I am satisfied with it. I think Samsung makes quality products.

Was super impressed when opening the box. The chromebook is very thin with a large screen. It confused my children as they both complained about how large the screen is but no necks bent at 90 degrees looking at their phone or tablets. Happy parents!

Good laptop for the price...only drawback is no enlarging screen feature with fingertips....would recommend if you don't need anything to fancy...

It works fine, but you have learned the configuration of the device, its is different, but not hard to and you could transfer most of it easily. Its worth it.

It's cheap, it's reliable, and it's SIMPLE. The last part is very important for my mother who is just learning to use a computer. This is a nice computer for her to web browse/shop online.

Overall, I do not have any complaints except there is no caps lock button. Also, After 2 wks of usage, the screen went out and would not come back on so I let it die then once I charged it, everything was fine. I contacted geek squad and was told this is "common with chromebooks". I'd never had this happen previously but so far, it has not happened again. I was concerned since I brought this as "certified open box".

I absolutely love my new Samsung Chromebook. It is simply perfect for me and so easy to use. My salesperson was fantastic and able to answer all my questions. Great product and the price was surprisingly low.

Great laptop for the price. Works fine for the web apps. Some of the android apps look weird, but usable. Perfect for students and just web surfing.

Kindergartener using for online learning. Works great, microphone and camera work well. Battery has good lasting power. If you were to ask me to find a negative- the screen produces a glare pretty easily. Overall, very happy with it.

Awesome chrome book! It's not cheap feeling, the screen has a good resolution, it preforms well and has good battery life. We got this for my mother and she loves it. (it could use a number pad, but we new that when we bought it)

Just a very simple and quick laptop. There is no fan running or lag in the start up process. Very happy with my purchase.

Spending more time learning at home we upgraded to a larger chromebook screen. Still has the great parental control features of family link and the standard protections of chromebook. And much more pocketbook friendly than most laptops.

This Chromebook is very fast. I like the fact that the software will be updated by Google. Love the big screen. The down side is no delete key on keyboard.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Xmas. Has been working fine so far. She loves it and it does what she wants it to do. Keeps her off my computer so I'm pleased.
