My daughter loves this chrome book. Since she uses one in school she is very familiar with the functionality ad this is a really nice, sleek machine. We just got it for her birthday so we haven't been using it too long but so far so good!

This is the first Samsung laptop I've owned and I'm underwhelmed. The resolution is sub-par and the construction seems to be sketchy, too. I'm not a tech person and there is a lot I don't know about computers. All I can go by is how a device feels when I sit down to use it, and the quality of this laptop does not inspire confidence. If I hadn't been in such a bind when I bought it, I would have done more research. At the time, I needed something ASAP to finish a project so I couldn't vette it as well as I would have liked/ In the past, I've had Acer laptops at costs that were similar in price points as this, and the quality was much better. The poor resolution and lack of color vibrancy are the most glaring issues. Best Buy should extend their return period, too. 14 days is not enough time to return an item if there are problems with it. (30 days is allowed by most retailers and that should be the standard at Best Buy. I'll think twice before I make another purchase with them.)

I am very happy with this product so far! Big screen, comfortable keyboard, and it operates as a typical chromebook. Goes a bit slower when you have multiple apps open. Overall very glad that I tried this model for my first chromebook!

You know what you are getting before you buy this chrome book. Not the best specs but it gets the job done for a 1st grader. Our only complaint is the Wi-Fi on this chrome book is not consistent. Some days it is perfectly fine and other days it doesn’t pick up Wi-Fi for our location. Other than that, we had no other issue with the chrome book. It looks like an older MacBook at first glance. If Samsung fix the Wi-Fi issue on the next gen they will have my business again.

We purchased this Chromebook since the kids are doing school work on line. So far so good. They live being able to do their homework from any room in the house!!!

Great purchase. This is the first Chromebook that I have purchased and I am pleased. My last computer had Windows 10 and I wanted something different. This computer is easy to use and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased this chromebook for my grand daughter to use for school. Right out of the box she turned it on and was on line in seconds. No issues so far.

Purchased it when BestBuy had a special on it. Only use it for work so it’s perfect, not the top of the line but for the price it is well worth it. Gets the job done and it’s easy to use.

Very easy to use and a good clear screen. Enables me to check emails easily on Google Chrome. Always on. Also Zooming was easy and visual was decent.

Once you get used to it and try the different apps it's not bad. The Google "suite" works very similar to MS Office, trial and some error yielded good results. Gmail is very cumbersome after becoming familiar Outlook. Hesitating to spend the $$ to get the MS version. Highly functional for the price. Somewhat impressed with the quality of the display. For the money and if you have time and patience, it'll work. I'm 68 and was able to get it to do what I wanted. 'nuff said

Great chromebook for web surfing and basic functions. I mostly got it for my daughter's for school and it works great. Very efficient for the price

Needed ro get my son a laptop so he could do his distance learning at both his dads and my house. So far so good. He said it works great, and got it set up and running on by himself and he is 13. Happy with the purchase so far.

I exchanged it a week later for an Asus. Not because i don't like samsung but because the kid that was at best buy when i was shopping for a laptop assured me this chromebook would be everything i needed. It wasn't. I needed a regular laptop that i could use anytime, whether i was connected to wifi or not.

This Samsung Chromebook has a nice large screen and easy to use perfect if your looking for something easy to navigate.

Works fine so far but I'm no techie, gotta stay connected to the internet, reasonable price I might let my kid have it for school

Picture quality is spot on. Bluetooth connects easily to my speakers when working out. Definitely a good to choice to invest in a mouse. Battery life is pretty good. It charges fast. Definitely a good choice for me!!

Really enjoy mine. Got it on a big sale. Decided to keep it over the 2nd gen pixelbook + pen because it's big and light. Also 64-bit I think.

This Chromebook is at a great price it has all the necessary tools for your students to participate with online school doing covid-19 school shut down.
