Good chromebook has a nice screen and uses USB C to charge so i can use it on my other usb c accessories as well.

I purchased 2 of these last April since my kids were doing so virtually from home. About 6 weeks ago one of the charges stopped working. I felt that this probably was a one off situation. I have many other Samsung products and have never been disappointed. About 2 weeks ago the second charger stopped working as well. Having the second one stop working within a year tells me that this is an issue with the quality of the charger. I called Samsung and they immediately offered to replace both of them at no charge. I waited a week with no word from Samsung on a tracking number. I called again today and they have told me that whoever I spoke to last week never put through the order for the replacements. The person I spoke to today completed the orders but told me that I would have to follow up with the shipping company myself to find out when they would be received. I expressed my displeasure with having to wait on hold with the shipping company to get this information. The rep told me that he would call them to get the shipping information and then call me back to let me know when to expect the items. I never heard back from him. I used to trust the Samsung name. Now I have had 2 product failures within 7 months of purchase and now 2 customer service failures within 2 weeks. Hopefully someone from Samsung monitors reviews and uses this as a training opportunity as well as a QA opportunity.

I think i purchased the wrong chromebook. I cant do what i want to on it but its nice though. Slick design and all.

Bought this Chromebook for my middle school child. Works for what she needs to do for school, which is online learning, email, and some word docs, and power point, which can be done with google online apps. Some reviews mention the terrible viewing angles. It is not horrible as people say, but it is not great either. When you look up vertically on the screen, that is when you notice it.

I really like this Chromebook. I've had others but wanted to upgrade. I recommend this one. It's lightweight and good looking.
