I would recommend for children and teenagers. The price is definitely worth it

I finally got so frustrated with windows 10 that I went and bought a chrome book. Very happy with it, it has done everything I have wanted do so far. I had a bit of a learning curve trying to figure out how to save a file to a flash drive, but then I am no tech wizard. All in all I’m happy with it, and for the price I think it’s a real value.

The Chromebook is a fairly decent computer. I used it for the remaining bits of my senior year in high school and it served me well. Though it was a great laptop, it obviously has its faults. Actually, the greatest fault is that it is a Chromebook. The operating system is not compatible with Microsoft products. I mean... even a Macbook has compatibilities with Microsoft products. You cannot even view files, convert them into viewable files, or even download Microsoft files via the web browser. Microsoft products (e.g. Word, PDF, etc.) are available via the Chrome extensions, but it is terrible at assisting with this issue. If you want to constantly find yourself asking Google how to "do [insert completely reasonable thing to do on a laptop for school here]" then please at least buy a computer that runs Windows as the operating system. Also quick note: the regular things you would usually install via download through your browser NOW have to either be downloaded as a Chrome extension or through the App Store on Chrome. The App Store functions just like a mobile app, so the apps you install there will likely not be compatible with your computer and will crash frequently. (e.g. forget Spotify. Unless you like desktop versions of your favorite VERY NORMAL computer applications.

Bought for junior high school student for online learning since school work is Google oriented and so far so good! This is similar to chrome book used in school so the setup was easy. I wanted the larger screen since most of the others were 11", easier to focus on.

It's bigger than we expected. My son wanted a Chromebook because he uses one at school. He was very pleased to receive this one and we are pleased at how nice it is, we didn't know that it would be so sleek.

My son says it is easy to use as he has never had one before.

Great Chromebook. Very compatible and lightweight.

The only negative thing that I have about this is there is no backlit keyboard. Everything else is responsive and it's a great buy that I use only for school. I got this instead of a windows computer because I wanted less distractions like pc games that could be installed.

Replaced a smaller screen Chromebook with this one. Love it.
