Really nice

This is my first experience with a chromebook so I am adjusting to it. I use google for everything. The camera is great. My biggest adjustment is that there isn't a separate button to click for the mouse. It is the whole mouse pad so it is easy to hit it while typing.

Great Computer for the money

Was used for a for High School home work and several projects with no issues. Computer fell from a short fall, but the screen shattered and is no longer good to use.

The Best Buy sales staff did not try to force anything on me that I did not need. The Geek Squad was able to transfer my information from my old unit. It took two tries, but it got done.

Great laptop

Bought it because my grandson was visiting from Massachusetts and he had to shelter in place and do schoolwork. He’s still here. The problem is I don’t know how to download the security. I’ve called, emailed for help n have recd none. Is the security for only 3 months? I have to purchase it after that, correct? Same with Microsoft download?
