I only purchase Samsung electronics because I believe that Samsung makes quality products. I feel the same about this laptop. It is a fast, lightweight laptop great for browsing the internet and completing course work.

This is easy to use and functional. Comes with me.

I was asked to purchase this and set it up for a friend of mine who was buying it for this wife for her birthday. It runs well enough. The build quality seems ok. My main complaint would be the screen. It does not get very bright and in addition to that it's a fairly low end screen. It's a bit fuzzy and the viewing angles are absolutely terrible! Depending on the angle of view one half of the screen will be washed out. Before I completed the setup for my friend I did warn him about the screen but he decided it was fine for her. It you can get past the screen issues then it's a good bargain.

Use it for Zoom meetings, YouTube. Good quality picture. Just don't like the built-in speaker. Very tinny. Had to purchase a wireless speaker.

Perfect laptop for what I need! I am a technophobe, and this product makes everything easy! It may not be the best for people who want all the 'bells and whistles', but it is perfect for someone like me who just wants a good,reliable basic laptop.

I bought this laptop 2 years ago at Best Buy. It works flawlessly. Very fast, with a built-in security system, NEVER ever received a virus or malware alert. Huge clear 15.6" screen. Lightweight also. I would definitely buy this again. What a great value price.

So glad I was able to find this in store for Black Friday. Bought for my 9 yr old and myself for school and personal use. I really haven't had to use it yet, but she loves it

I was looking for something just for e-mail, web browsing, personal non-work documents etc. This fits the bill, just wanted something that resumes quickly and decent battery life.

I was laid of due to corona virus and wanted something so I didn't have to file unemployment and job search on my phone. This fit perfect with my budget restraints. Thanks Glenn at your Union City store for the advice

The Grandsons look forward to using this for school. They have been using it already for other things to familiarize themselves with it. They would have preferred a touch screen but you can't have everything.

Works well and smoothly, sound quality is good, trackpad works well, screen works well. It's my first time with a Chromebook so I'm still adjusting but I appreciate the heavy customization and the integration with my phone.

Purchased Samsung Chromebook. Price was good as it was on sale and discounted. The quality is good and as expected. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a chromebook.

The Samsung Chromebook 15.6 is terrific! My grandson needs it for his Zoom School Class and the assignments he's given. It is easy to operate and he has confidence in what he is doing. The screen is clear and the key board is set up perfectly for small hands. What's not love about this laptop!

Great Chromebook! The only thing I’d improve is the sound quality. Volume doesn’t get high enough but other than that it’s flawless.

This laptop is what i was looking for. I need something to do simple internet task and works great. Sometimes my tablet didnt cut it. Great quality and able to handle simple day to day browsing.

It was what I expected I was not let down I would definitely recommend this to a friend or to another family member you get what you pay for and it's a decent computer for how much you pay for it

I just bought one of these and was surprised to find out that there is no caps lock button. u have to press two buttons to turn the caps lock on. Idk if this is with all chromebooks cuz this is my 1st. Its thrown me for a loop. Not sure if I'm gna keep it. We shall see

Good machine for the money. If you’re going to stream movies and don’t need a lot of operating power for large spreadsheets this is the perfect machine. You get what you pay for....

My husband uses this for news, etc. No games or work. The only thing that is inconvenient, is it doesn't have a number pad. He is 80 and this is a perfect item for him.

The build and feel of this chromebook feels good for the price. It was plenty fast for browsing the, watching netflix, and casting video to my tv. It loses three stars because one of the keys on the keyboard did not work out of the box. Also, after 3 weeks the wifi started dropping out intermittently. I think I got a defective one. I returned it.
