As a Chromebook this unit performs well. I just do not like the operating system and everything being an app. I would return if I could and get a PC

Love this computer. Easy to use and perfect for what I needed it for. I also love the size of this screen and how it can also be used as a tablet . Great for kids too

Its a good computer its just the sound of it I dont like its too low, I can barely hear anything .

had to get a Chromebook for my kids to do their school work. This one was the closest specs to the ones the school uses. Easy to set up and came complete. kids have been working ever since.

This laptop would have gotten a 5 star review if not for 2 reasons: A warning has popped up from the beginning of powering it up saying the Intel Optane Memory disk is at risk. I have been researching this ever since & have not found a solution yet. The 2nd reason is the keypad is silver with letters in silver so not easily seen. These reasons are why I would not recommend it. I may have to take it back if I can't figure out the warning & fix it.

My only wish for this product is I wish it was a touch screen. Other then that it works great. Solid state drive no moving parts to worry about.

Little touchy but gets it done. Was the best option for my mom who is not the most computer savy and needed the basics

Needed dedicated machines for our school age kids during the current pandemic. Works great for what our kids need them for (check assignments and use web to submit work and watch videos)

Poor screen quality, and track pad, but the keyboard is decent and the apps are responsive. On sale, this chromebook is a good value.

perfect for school age children to do at home work for school easily prints tyo wireless printers and the chrome operating system updates for years to come for a decent price

I bought this for my wife to check emails, surf the web and watch youtube videos. We haven't had any problems. The only thing I wish was better was the speakers because they don't get very loud and a brighter screen. It is good for basic use.

This isn't a bad computer but it is a little slow at times and sometimes times out when loading webpages. I like it but probably wouldn't buy another one.

Yeah I was supposed to be buying it for my daughter for her Christmas present but I think that I'm really going to need it cuz this is kind of nice and she doesn't know how to take care of stuff I don't know you guys let me know what you think

Needed a basic computer for internet access and e-mail access. This fit the bill and the price was good.

very easy to use,lightweight and very nice color......camera could be better. Its dark,may just add a light to the laptop for better results. Other than that I feel its a great buy.

Got it on a deal. If you ignore the bad viewing angles this is a great computer for emails and web browsing!

It is not a full function computer but like it. I got a dvd for it which is useless. Other than that I like it. I will get a full function computer soon. I’ll use this as a back up.

Love this chrome book just what I was looking for light weight and very user friendly. Super fast great sound.

Most of the things I do are online and I was running out of memory with my other laptop. This chromebook has everything I need and mire.
