Usually a man user my only complaint is the quality of the led screen it seems poor when it comes to the screen light

The Chrome book has been a task to get used to. I am used to windows and this isn't windows. As I get used to the chrome book it gets easier.

It work great. But im not the best on this laptop . It b nice if greek Squad could come by and explain a few things 4 me.

Good for kids that are doing minor school work that is over the internet browser. My children were able to play Roblox on the system without a problem. Any other gaming, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bought the Samsung Chromebook for my Fiance for Christmas and I pretty sure she wasn't expecting it. The Brat almost always figures out what her gifts are but not this year!! She loves her Chromebook, couldn't of been a better Xmas!

Works well. I got it for my son for virtual school but after awhile the camera was always blurry couldn’t fix it. It hasn’t been a year yet.

I love my Chromebook laptop. Use it constantly. I will purchase a touch screen one for the next time as my eye sight is not as good as it used to be.

Purchased this chromebook on son's recommendation, as I hadn't a clue in regards to technology. Pleased that it serves my needs to engage in virtual socializing these days. Was easy to get started and set up.

We bought this for my wife to read the paper and do online browsing. It does not travel and does not get abused. The hinge broke and screen start to come apart. trying to get service was a disaster. The website wouldn't recognize the model number. I used to be impressed by Samsung. Their support is very poor. Chat line didn't help. Overall the website sucked. It couldn't solve my problem. I will not buy again. Samsung should use a more robust hinge for this size of screen. Poor manufacturing or design.

Purchased for school. Second Samsung Chromebook. My son’s first one lasted about 2 years, and liked it so much he insisted his new one be a Samsung too.

My first experience with Chromebooks and am I pleased. Handles almost 80% of my daily needs and whatta price! Same quality and build as other laptops for much higher prices.

Decent machine for small tasks. It boots up quickly and lasts for awhile on a charge.

The laptop is great. The buying of this machine included a root kit repair antivirus product that only runs on windows ....i bought a Chromebook and the antivirus isnt compatible. Last lap from Best Buy came with one-year subscription to another antivirus product and came on a CD. The laptop didnt have a built-in CD player.

Purchase for my niece as a Christmas present and it was perfect! It does exactly what they need and not a bit more. Chrome books are a godsend, especially when you don’t have a lot to spend on pricy laptops

Probably should have got more memory. Worked great until started filling up the storage.

Great computer overall, just wasn’t compatible with lockdown browser for my schooling.

I can get information much more quickly now with my new chrome book . Also google and do research at a much faster rate of speed. Looking forward to learning new features.

Just recieved this Samsung ChromeBook and it’s great. I’ve four kids doing virtual learning and it works great. It’s totally compatible with google classroom and other google apps Needed for virtual learning.

It is very nice for the price. I am getting used to it as I had a regular laptop.
