I made a simple tv & laptop purchase. When I looked at my receipt, I was surprised by all the added $amounts added to my bill. I was not asked if I wanted anything extra, like insurance.

Was great for the first few days, but then my kids started online school with it. Constantly have issues with bandwidth (all other devices on the network have no issues). Connection going in and out. So bought an ethernet adapter. Even hardwired through ethernet adapter does not solve the connection issues. Zoom calls are an absolute mess because of this. Oh, and also get errors about cpu usage causing video conferencing lag. Also doesn't connect well to external displays. External display goes blank.

Screen broke for no reason - had to get it repaired and was without it for 24 days. Although under full warranty, I had to purchase another Chromebook to be covered during the absence of the one under repair. I was able to return the second Chromebook for a full refund after the original Chromebook was repaired.

Perfect upgrade for my parents who do not use a computer much other than surfing the web and sending emails. Boots fast and easy to setup and start using right away.

I’ve dropped this so many times and it still holds up very well, only thing is the screen is dim and hard to see some times… could be from dropping it

I am really happy so far. Love some of the new features. I just use it for home things but no gaming. This is my contact to the outside world and I am happy and still learning from it.

This laptop was great, I loved it because it was a Samsung my favorite brand. The only thing is the fire wall blocked the site for the job I worked and I could not use it. Other than that I loved it!

If all you are doing is surfing the web, checking emails,social media,you can create Google Docs and send them as Microsoft word documents. A great purchase

Purchased it when MPS went virtual. We were able to use this instead of the school's limited supply of Chromebooks. Was able to use parental controls with ease.

I really like this laptop the thing is it scratches easy and the speakers are on the bottom of the laptop so the sound is smothered and low

Good computer , only for browsing and also for youtube and studying. Angle view its not good. Recommended for elementary students

The chromebook itself feels ok. Obviously the plastic feeels a little cheap at times. But the issue we have with it is once we turned it on, we were shocked at how light and not sharp the monitor was. You really have a super limited viewing angle. So it was more like if you get used to it, it doesn't bother you. But we have an older chromebook that looks WAY better and cost less. Basically, the monitor was very bright and not sharp whatsoever.

Have had this chrome book for about 10 days and is great for my kids to use for Google classroom and Zoom. I will say that Best Buy’s customer service has gone down hill. So if you’re looking for help with it don’t reach out them.
