I purchased this for my son during the pandemic and I must say I wish I put in extra money to buy him a better one. I did so much research and the reviews were good. Unfortunately the screen keeps blacking out. The charger stopped working less than 6 months of having it. I have the 3 year geek squad nonsense and that’s a waste of money. We were given a replacement charger that stopped working after 3 months. Never again. I am extremely disappointed

I purchased the laptop for my school work and it’s not giving me all the help I need. One of my grade has drop reason being u can’t down load the lockdown browser my school uses.

Mouse is bad, often it gets stuck and is non responsive. I already had similar Chromebooks, but were better than this one.

small to tote around in house BUT large nice screen which is great cuz I don't intend to bring it outside the house. Perfect !!!

This works for reading emails, Facebook, paying bills, Youtube videos,etc. I needed something for the basics. It did however stop working after less than 6 mos. A lot of miscommunication with GeekSquad for the attempted repair. I had to go in for a replacement about 1.5 months ago. So far, this one has been okay but leery.

Purchased two for my kids to have for school. Within a week my sons is acting up. It is flashing the menu screen at the bottom. I have already performed a hard reboot but this did not help. He has to have it for school so I can not wait to have it "fixed" for a week. He has sensory issues so this is impending his focus while he works. I have the two year plan but was told I would have to drop it off and wait. The second one (my daughter's) is working perfectly. No issues as of yet.

Loading an operating system was very difficult, I.T. says windows will work but is not compatible. Disappointing

We purchased these for our kids and they are such garbage. Slow processor, the camera is very bad, the speaker is on the bottom, and not very loud.. making video calls awful and hard to hear. The mouse pad sticks bad, on both of our devices. We have had for approximately 60 days and if we would of known now what we didn't know them I would of went with a different model and brand.

I'm really disappointed in this laptop and wish I had purchased a different brand. The keypad stopped working after 4 months. Samsung had me send it in to repair and it came back damaged and with an older OS installed, causing me to lose a year of updates. My 5 year old Acer is still working.

I am not that used to Chromebook computers, but my friends said they are enjoying it because that is what most of them are using

I’ll give it a 3, It’s not much I could do with this like I can with my Windows computer. I guess I should have done more research lol.

I never used this device. I purchased it not looking at how big the screen was and I wanted something compact

Got this during the pandemic. All other laptops were sold out at the time so didn't really have a choice. This is pretty cheap and flimsy product. If you have it resting on your lap you can't click because how flimsy this is. The mouse clicks from the smallest touches. I wouldn't buy this again.

I purchased this chromebook for generating invoices. Annoyingly, it requires extra energy to navigate because I do not use a mouse (contrived methods for highlighting, cutting, pasting), and spreadsheets are difficult to read because of the lack of sharpness. This is a disappointment. But, oh well, I won’t use it for anything that actually requires anything important or entertaining. It shall be powered, just in case I’m desperate.
