This computer is just okay. I love all Samsung products but the resolution quality is horrible,so I returned it. I wish it had a better resolution.

Horrible! Purchased this computer and it was a waste of money. Best Buy encourage me to purchase software that cannot be downloaded by the computer. It can’t download anything because it says it’s not compatible. If I would of known this I would of never purchase this. I should of made my purchase through Amazon or through the brands website.

Rund kinda slow. But was cheap. The button on the s scroll pad is getting stuck. After using only 3 times

Performance/cost acceptable. This model was placed slightly on sale after the better buy was out of stock.

It a bit heavy but perfect for my niece and just what she needs for school.

The mouse pad is tedious to maneuver, works slow, but its getting the job done for the purpose im using it for.

Has not been the best operating computer I have ever used and I have been a user since the TRS80 4K

The speakers are very low for the price And I haven’t been able to activate the anti virus that was given with purchase for free

Little disappointed as there is no delete key on this keyboard. But other than that, it's okay.

I am generally dissatisfied with my purchase. The chromebook came with virtually no instruction manual and the one available from Samsung on line is very superficial. The screen images are only fair and the touch pad way to sensitive even by changing the settings. I would not recommend buying this and I am sorry I purchased it.

Wasn't what I expected and that's solely my fault. Best Buy employee even warned me but a great chromebook.

Even though the screen is larger, the display is not as evidenced in the photo. You get what you pay for.

The person recommending this I guess doesn't understand. We told him we were big Microsoft office users and I needed it to be able to work on different large spreadsheets while away from my desk. I wanted one that could have my most current Excel workbooks accessable both on my desktop computer and my laptop. Also needed other things Word and look for things on the web. I also said I would be using it to have Zoom meetings. Later I found out that Zoom meetings don't have as many options with a Chromebook! To get Office excel and other products to run was tedious and Google's version was not workable for a large monthly to yearly spreadsheet. We were very dissatisfied, disappointed. I was very happy with most of the return process although I should have been able to start my return to a local store on line so I could have just clicked on a link when I arrived to return it. The phone number on the parking spot didn't work and my husband had to get out and find a representative to let her know we were there to make a return. Could have been way quicker with less questions if a return was just started on line.

I plan to return this because I found it awkward to use. I could get used to not having a touchscreen if the scroll bars weren't so difficult to find. I would have to spend too much time trying to access the scroll bars and it was very irritating. Also, maybe I'm just used to a smaller, more responsive keyboard, but I kept making typos, which I usually don't do.

I find Chromebook to be limiting. I found there to be too many limitations using it.

Have to return i and go back on windows. Hard for me .

Got this for my son for his learn from home situation due to quarantine. Its slow but does the job for school work.

Worked good but has very poor viewing angles compared to other laptops on the market
