Very slow, it is more like a toy, maybe good for kids but even just for emails is not worth it

Was decent while it worked. The screen is large, but has poor viewing angles. Otherwise, what you would expect out of a chromebook. Full sized, comfortable keybaord. Unfortunately, it completely stopped working after about a week.

This is an OK laptop but I will never buy a Chromebook again. Very limited because its app-based.

Screen is great and great value for the money. Unfortunately keypad can get sticky. Once it really got stuck and had to reboot. Sometimes it is just is off, or requires multiple hits, in its responding and so anything time sensitive is problematic at best. Also have had this only a few weeks and wonder what it will be like after a year or so.

It lacks the features of a regular laptop and the fact it has only one USB port is a drawback

Don’t like the chrome book as well as a regular laptop. It is just different that I am use to.

Purchased as a gift for my mother. Had to return because it wouldn't stay connected to the internet.

Looks nice, but a month in the numbers on the key board stopped working.

I returned the item because it was ZERO compatible with any program I tried to use. The only purpose for this Chromebook is to surf the internet. The operating system does not support downloads of any kind.

Very bare bones. screen already showing signs of problems.

But it doesn't. Stopped after a day or two, which reduces its utility for homeschooling my kid.

Got it on Oct 21, and it died today, November 3. The return period ended yesterday, so I am ++unhappy with the unit, and with Best Buy. Up until it went to sleep and never woke up, it seemed to work fine. I cast video from it to my big tv, and it looked great. The keys were soft and quiet. I missed the Home and End buttons, along with the shift lock. This afternoon, it timed out and went to sleep. When I tapped the space bar to wake it, nothing happened. It is DEAD. Best Buy customer service was less than helpful. I still have some space to say how torked I am at Best Buy. Their bots and "agents" who I suspect are just better bots are really annoying and unhelpful.

Is not to fast cost to much money for the price they could maket better

Speakers were a disappointment, very low, I could barely hear one YouTube video. The top part of book created a lip when opened and it dug into my thighs. I found it to be slow and the back button did not always work. It was returned for the Acer Spin 713, which I am awaiting arrival.

This wasn't my first choice but it has served it's purpose thus far.

So I purchased this Chromebook a year and a half ago. Yesterday i had a system update so I clicked on "restart" and my Chromebook shutdown and won't turn on or show any signs of life!! I took it to best buy today and after only plugging it in and pushing the power button she tells me it's probably the motherboard and I should just buy a new one! She also told me it's common for these to not last much longer then two years! So a recap. Samsungs update fries my Chromebook, the lady at bestbuy tells me they only last two years and i should just buy and one. Don't buy it

Good for low performance activities. The space is minimal and low screen resolution.
