I bought them for my son and he likes easy to use and good price I recommend it

There was a white hue that washed out the colors. I brought it back the next day to have geek squad look at it and they agreed that it wasn't right. They weren't sure if it was a bad model or if they all were like that and unfortunately I bought the last one so we couldn't compare. I ended up getting a Acer 15.6 spin Chromebook and highly recommend that model.

I never ever write reviews, but this is the worst machine I have ever owned. All I want to do with it is run a Google Classroom meet effectively and it does not have the capability to do that. It freezes, glitches, and runs so slowly as to prevent usage every single time I try to run a Meet. At first I thought it was perhaps my Internet, but all other devices work and run smoothly. I am so disappointed and now have to look into get another device. In addition, after only two months of usage the trackpad sticks consistently. Put your money elsewhere.

Average laptop.It's ok but that is it. Would not buy Samsung computers again.

Great for basic everyday use, checking email and children doing school work.

Chromebook died the same day I purchased it. Took it home, turned it on and set it up, when it asked for an update, I rebooted and it never came back on. The touchpad also sticks every other click.

Good looking chrome book but feels very cheap and it bends easily.

Missing power supply, waited 35 min to get power supply that did not work.

Changed our mind and went with a lowerend Windows 10 computer.

Stilling learning how to use. Will do update after using.

Need lesson how to use it. But it looks good . So I will not buy it agsin

I bought this based on a recommendation from a Best Buy representative. I told him who I was purchasing it for (a 85+ year old) and what she would be using it for. I purchased it in December and by August we have had so many situations where the elderly woman could not figure out how to operate the Chromebook that we are buying her a windows-based computer, which is what she should have had to begin with, which the sales rep I spoke with was made aware of. Not so pleased with the service. Do not recommend this product for someone who has not used a Chromebook in the past.

Bought it as an open-boxed, and it was a good deal. Was wanting to use chromebook to replace my windows laptop, but realized that there's a lot of things one can't do with chromebook. Returned it. But this chromebook is really a good build and a good value.

I bought this product & took it back. I didnt like the fact that you couldnt save anything to the desktop. The memory card is also not a normal one. I wasnt impressed with the product & I usually like samsung products :(.

Functional. Slow as expected. Not as practical as expected. Was a gift for my mom because I figured it would be simple and she hates it. And now I can't return it because we're past the 15-day mark (even with the protection plan).

Volume on computer very poor. I thought the Chromebook would be great for my son for his online high school classes, but he complains that my personal laptop (Lenovo) is SO MUCH BETTER QUALITY, SOUND..... EVERYTHING.

Bought this Laptop as an “open-box” item and the laptop only worked for two weeks then the display screen went black. I went to Best Buy, no one could really help but Best Buy employees were kind enough to let me know I could try and send it to Samsung - which I did, and once laptop was returned back, the “new” screen worked for only a week. This was a gift for a loved one and now all I can do is recycle it since not even the Best Buy Trade-in will take it. We sad and disappointed in this product, I do not think I will buy anything open-box ever again. :(
