The laptop is okay, meets the intended purpose, But never got the security or office software that we suppose to be free???

Huge mistake. Still can't get used to the tinier keyboard, which is missing things like a HOME tab.

I really like the computar but I had it almost a year but it just started to act up.

you cant use windows, only google products and features and u cant play sims or do other things

Returned this after 1 week. There are so many things this machine cannot do. If you are reliant on all features of Microsoft Word working, copy/cut/paste, thesaurus, CAPS LOCK (needs 3 strokes), to name a few, forget it. Was able to exchange it - and for less than an additional $150, purchased a great HP Pavilion laptop that does it all. Don’t waste your money with a Chromebook.

My mouse doesn't want to work until I turn my laptop off and on several times. And it is brand new.

Really don't like it, because I can't find the bar to scroll up and down most of the time.

Doesn't work as well as I expected it to work. Having to use my iphone instead.

You get what you pay for! And this computer had limited functionality to do much of anything other than use the internet on chrome. You need to edit a word document? Or save it to the desktop? Or save anything to a hard drive? Or even rename a document? Think again. All you can do on this computer is work on google docs and save in the cloud.

100% would not recommend to anyone, honestly felt lied to when the associate said this was a great computer. It lagged doing anything. Was not great for searching the web, having zoom meetings or doing anything really. I lasted about 3 days with this computer before i returned it.

Oredered laptop days b4 xmas. Paid for next day. It arrived on 12/27/19. I made several calls to customer care and each rep assured me the system showed delivery on 12/24. Bottom line middle child was without her main gift. Disheartening! So the tablet was returned today. Never opened anything. The return process was simple. That was the best thing about the experience.

For the price, it good. I will prefer an IPad which can do the same.

Don't buy this laptop. I bought this in 2020, brand new, and today, the hinge on the right side cracked, with little pieces falling out of it, and I can no longer close it. And since it's now out of warranty, I don't even know how to get it fixed.

Junk. Do not buy it. Returned it within 1 week, I like HP chrome books

Unable to use computer for job related work due to Software not comparable with chromebook.

This Chromebook did not work. I’d given it as a birthday gift. Imagine my embarrassment when it didn’t function. I returned it and bought a more expensive one. I’ll say, at least Best Buy was very helpful with that part.

I bought this laptop thinking it would be great because I own a Samsung Phone, boy was I wrong. This laptop is difficult to navigate. The keyboard sucks (for lack of better terms) I've been locked out without even creating a password. This by far was the worse laptop I could've bought and I really wish I could return it.
