You get what you pay for. This computer is incredibly slow! Would not recommend.

Purchased the Chromebook in Jan 2020, 4 days ago it just stopped working. For some reason it just keeping turning off when I tried to put a password to start it. I do not recommend anyone to waste money for this Junk!

Having issues with zoom meetings for my son's online classes. Returned it.

We tried to return this computer but the Coronavirus stopped us from entering the store. Now because of leap year and 1 day we cannot return it. This is terrible for kids that want to also play a game and do homework... Not worth the money lost at all.. The frustration and lagging is not worth it I feel ripped off!

Expected much more from this Chromebook. Poor display and explanation in store.

I've been trying to return this but nobody answers the phone and you're closed. Also brought desktop in 4 repair and was told pc had no picture so didnt repair. They plugged the cable into the wrong spot! Picture is fine but still cant use or return chromebook. Horrible experience, still need to return!!

this IS nothing more than a oversize CHEAP tablet. one would be better off buying galaxy a7 which can dO more than this product ...... the 32 gb flash is half used up on start up just cheap cheap CHEAP,,,,, salesperson was just a yes man looking for a sale

Terrible product. This laptop is not trustworthy and is not for professional users. When I tried to return the 15 days return period was already over now I have wasted over 300. Regretted it ever

Real bad item i purchased one and a week later it started malfunction i stop using it and then it completely died on me i took it back to the store and since 30 days had past they couldn't help me i suggest spend more on a better laptop

From the start I’ve had issues with the mousepad just getting stuck and being unresponsive. Have had no help at all and unable to get this problem fixed after taking it to BestBuy multiple times.

This was a poor chromebook. It didn't last long at all before it broke. I made the mistake of purchasing 2 for my kids and both of them broke in the same place.

Order this over a month now and it start to act up it’s not connecting to the WiFi and it keep going blank on me and I didn’t download any apps as yet.

If you plan to use this Samsung computer on your lap, be sure to place a towel under it so your skin does not get burned. I keep waiting for the lithium battery to explode. Never had this problem with my other computers.

My husband bought this for me on my birthday 12-12-2020. I was using it yesterday and the screen went out and will not work. I am very unhappy to have this for less than three months and it quits working.

I had my item shipped to me yesterday , set it up. I used it for about 30 min. then the monitor went completely blank and never came back on. I returned to store and exchanged it for windows. We will see how this new one works.

This was listed as good condition or “like new”. It came scratched, keeps freezing and didn’t come with the correct charging cord
