POOR SUPPORT FOR SYSTEM
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THE CHROMEBOOK FREEZES CONSTANTLY. THE PAGE GETS SO LARGE YOU CANNOT X OUT OF IT. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH SAMSUNG IN THE PHILIPPINES IS HORRIBLE. DOMINICAN REPUBLIC MUCH BETTER.4 PHONE CALLS, THEY DROP, THEY CANNOT HEAR YOU, YOU CANNOT HEAR THEM, THEY PRETEND THEY ARE NOT THERE, THEY CLOSE VERY EARLY AFTER THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME SUPPORT AS THE GALAXY PHONES, BUT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS I HAVE HAD AN AWFUL TIME GETTING SUPPORT. THEY TELL YOU TO SEND THE CHROMEBOOK BACK, AS IF YOU HAD ANOTHER PC TO WORK ON. I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE LIKE THE PHONE SO I COULD NAVIGATE IT EASIER, BUT IT IS NOT. I DID NOT WANT THE WINDOWS 10, BUT THIS IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET HELP WITH. MANY REPS JUST TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR THEMSELVES TELL YOU TO SEND IT BACK. WISH I HAD MY WINDOWS 7 BACK. BUY SOMETHING YOU CAN GET THE SUPPORT YOU NEED WHEN YOU NEED IT, IS MY ADVICE. BEST BUYS NO LONGER SUPPORTS GALAXYS WHERE I LIVE IN FLORIDA.

Monitor "broke" after 16 months

Only showed a gray screen with flashing colorful lines at the too. Geek squad said it wouldn't have been covered on warranty even if it had gone out within the 1 year warranty period. The only thing I used this for was shopping, email, etc. It was never moved from its spot on my desk. I won't be buying Samsung again.

Died after 9 months.

Volume is ridiculously weak
